I'm 53 and have been a Big 10 fan even before PSU joined in 93. I really enjoy this conference and the original 10 teams. I love that I get to watch other teams podcasts and to see the passionate fan bases. With that said PSU will not sleep on this game as they need to win to get to the playoff so you're going to get their best which is pretty good. But the Gophers have the ability to beat this team at home so it isn't out of the question. Let's just say I wish P.J. Fleck was our coach. Solid dude.

The big difference for the teams in the top 10 at this time of year is their depth. PSU has very little drop-off when their 2nd string D-line is in. Same for their 2nd string O-line. So even if teams can keep it even in the first half, the 2nd half becomes a blowout. In other words, It will take a lot of luck.

Can they? Yes, they're a decent team with a chance. Will they? Probably not, Penn State is a top ten team for a reason.

the gophers are barely over 500 they can win or lose on any given day, they lost to Rutgers for crying out loud. Gophers are a mediocre team at best as usual
