Welcome, all Muslims in the World are your brothers. FIRST RESPECT YOUR FIVE SALAT. I advice you to learn islamic science (FROM scientist, Muslim association, mosque, ...). And avoid to get all information you see. Presently there are islam's enemies who write islamics Books and give bad informations for starters (or learners).Islam is not violence but peace (meaning salam) The word islam Come from salam. Be quiet you have to select your informations. Peace uppon you , may Allah guide all your relatives on the right way. PEACE ALL AROUND THE WORLD. from senegal

The reason prophet Mohammed (Pboh) started with dates, because after fasting long period, the body needs minerals, vitamins, iron..etc so the dates is the perfect fruit to absorb fast.

Please this is bullshit ! don't include science! muhammad was never a scientist! he was living in a desert ! so that's normal that he eats dates to break his fast!

Atef yeah although he's not a scientist, what he taught us always has scientific reason behind that..
@atefrihane6 жыл бұрын
@Nicola Tesla : this is the biggest lie ever ! there is no science in that ! If you talk about science you have to set aside religion ! I'm muslim and I've read Quran for several times and there is no scientifical evidence included! Muhammad was just living according to life conditions 1400 years ago ! and that's the biggest mistake that muslims are doing ! he was a prophet but he was a human being! they r just imitating his way of life believing that it is a sacred thing !! we just left the Quran itself and we focused on that! I've also read that u have to eat an " odd" number of dates because it's healthy !! and I was like wtf ! does the body reacts according to the number or the amount ??

When you fast you can’t wear shorts and spaghetti tops.. you gotta cover the body up to respect the religions first, yourself second, and third your surroundings. Plus, this is not a game, you can’t use religion to find a guy. If u wanna fast, do it from the heart and Allah will send you a decent man instead of hunting for one. When you put Allah first, then Allah will give you everything else that you need/want. The Almighty won’t let anyone down who loves Him.

Fasting is almost like an exercise for your organs. Imagine you exercise for 30 days then don't exercise for 11 months and then again exercise would that benefit you ? Nope Instead if you fast once every week that's more beneficial and good for your health and gives you numbers of health benefits instead of starving for 1 month and then do whatever you want to do. Instead stay in a routine by fastening once every week as it's an exercise for your inner body and organs. Even it's scientifically proven fact but, I'm sure you'd deny to accept anything and everything which goes against your religion so, not expecting any logic.
@shayanshaikh5346 жыл бұрын
Adam Aga Hello there. I'm m a Muslim and what you say makes sense! I'd day I wouldn't go for the no one month and once a week. Better I'd do both. I'd wanna fast one month and once every two weeks for the rest 11 months
@NMAFixx6 жыл бұрын
Adam Aga Actually, what ur saying is encouraged in Islam... During Ramadan not fasting is considered sin, unless under certain circumstances (heavy loss of blood for example).. fast during other times of the year is considered "Sunat" meaning an individual is rewarded for doing such action, but it's not considered sin if one doesn't do it... Only on certain days of the year, Sunat Fasting isn't allowed...

Everything tastes 100x better during ramadan! You restrain yourself from something you have all the time for hours and when you finally have it, it tastes completely different and really makes you appreciate what you have. Most people overlook what they have cause they always want more. Ramadan is a blessing to humanity. Try it if you are non muslim, you will start to really appreciate what you have.

Jane Dughatir. Muslim fake fasting is laughable - as is the *laughable forced butt-ups myth of HIslam* . My brilliant apostate Muslim girlfriend said many Muslims over-eat after their fast. A real, _healthful_ fast is only water 24, 36 or 48 hours. She also told me about the *laughable Muslim FAKE cleansing* . What does Quran say about Ramadan Fasting? THAT IT WAS A PAGAN PRACTICE of WORSHIP: Surah al-Baqarah - 184 (2:183). O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it WAS PRESCRIBED for those before you, [WHO prescribed it for those before Muslims? - Pagan Allah of Polytheists Arabs.] Same Allah is now telling Muslims to do PAGAN RITUALS. \0/ Making Islam a Pagan worship SECOND PAGAN WORSHIP IN ISLAM: Surah al-Baqarah -158 (2:158). Verily, As-Safa and Al-Marwah are of the symbols of Allah. [THESE PAGAN MOUNDS EXISTED BEFORE ISLAM - They were dedicated to idols Asaf and Naelah.] HADITH explanation in Sahih al-Bukhari; Bk.2 Vol.26 #675; 706; 710. Vol. 4, page 238. AND: Sahih Muslim - Vol 3 Hadith 3079 - 259 - (1277) pg 411- "Do you know what that was revealed about? That was revealed about the Ansâr (the people of Yaihrib) who during the Jâhiliyah used to enter hiram for two idols by the sea shore, which were called Isâf and Nâ'ilah. Then they would come and run between As-Safa and Al-Marwah, then they would shave their heads. WHAT ARE MUSLIMS DOING TODAY? - Same what the Pagans did. THIRD PAGAN WORSHIP IN ISLAM: ASHURAH: Fasting copied from the Arab Jews and Polytheists see (Sahih Al-Bukhari 5:172 & 3:31:116,117, 220,:222 & 225). FOURTH PAGAN WORSHIP IN ISLAM: I'TIKAF an Arab Pagan Ritual - Read Hadith Sahih Al-Bukhari 1:12:777 carefully. FIFTH - BUNKUM IN ISLAM: STONING the DEVIL - Does stones hurt the spirits. CIRCUMCISION: Jews did it before Islam. Was the Pagan warlord, who invented Islam to capture Makkah circumcised? Where does it say in Sunna or Sira? JESUS IN ISLAM: Quran an-Nissa -158-159 (4:158-159). But Allah raised him up unto Himself. ....And on the Day of Resurrection, he will be a witness against them. IS THERE ANYTHING ORIGINAL IN ISLAM? QURAN ash-Shura -52 (42:52) You knew not what is the Book (Scriptures: Torah and the Injil), nor what is Faith..... SO, WHO TOLD HIM ABOUT MOSES and JESUS? Yes - Quran and Hadiths say Muhammad had employed 42 people in all to do search for him in Judaism and Christianity religions. a) Quran an-Nahl 103 (16:103) We are well aware that they say, "It is a human being who is teaching him." b) Quran al-Furqan -5 (25:5) And they say, "Tales of the ancients; he wrote them down; they are dictated to him morning and evening." c) Ibn Qumta was a Christian slave who lived in Mecca. The entire Sura on Mary and the birth of Jesus Christ (Sura 19) was written by this Christian slave. Hadith Sahih al-Bukhari 4:56:814: says, Ibn Qumta wrote parts of Qurans al-Baqara and al-Imran. d) Why his mothers name "Amina" NOT in the Quran BUT Mary mother of Jesus 34 times in the Quran? Imam Bukhari in his Sahih Hadith 5:58:169 & 7:67:407 Says, Muhammad's scribe Zaid TOLD pagan Muhammad about Allah and the religion of Abraham. Quran 21:60 to 72:- Says, Abraham lived all his life IN THE NORTH of Syria called Ash-Sham. Where Ibrahim asked for ONE SON but was given Ishaq and Ya`qub see Quran 11:71. ABRAHAM NEVER BEEN TO MECCA. Reason Muhammad was facing Jerusalem. Muslim scholar: Nasir al-Din Abu al-Khair 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar al-Baydawi (685 AH) writes:- 'Abdullâh Ibn Sâd Ibn Abî Sarh was one of the 42 scribes employed by Muhammad to do search.Where Ibrahim asked for ONE SON but was given Ishaq and Ya`qub see Quran 11:71. Alfiyyat us-Sîrat in-Nabawiyyah by al-Hâfidh al-'Iraqî says: "The scribes of the Prophet(P) were 42 in number."

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said that 'if my Ummah knew what Ramadan is then they would have prayed to the Almighty for practising Ramadan all round the year. ' Recently read about an article on autophaggy by a Japanese scientists.. He was of the view that if a human being dont eat for about 20-25 days continually and for about 8-10 hours per day that reduces the quantum of Cancer within the body..!! Subhanallah..!! Link this to Ramadan and think.. Peace out.. ✌️

It's ok to have thoughts during fast :The point is how u choose to act upon them .Just as it is ok to feel hungry and thirsty having sexual thoughts in itself is not bad !!! That is the whole point that u choose to not break ur fast .If humans would not feel hungry or thirsty or sexual then there would be no point in the fast . Also looking at her gives this man sexual thoughts is his problem , and not of every Muslim ! Every one interprets Islam with some difference and then they present their own thoughts as if they are a part of Islam . In order to understand truly rational and critical deep thinking is to be engaged , where Islam is no more just a belief but knowledge aligned with higher rationality and intuitive logic

Okay first I will say Mashallah for your fast may Allah swt accept from you. Second If you fast without prayer my darling you are only starving yourself. I had wished that out of respect of the plight of the Muslim fast you would have covered your body but I am not judging I am only expressing something you may not have considered. Thank you for the video. May God continue to guide you in this life.

sulaiman alyahya lol it is true. The main purpose of fasting is to keep your mind clear from any dirty things. Not only your mind but also your body as well. Without the proper control of your thoughts and actions your fasting will only be useless.

Also We fast because Allah wants the best for us. Fasting allows the body to get rid of toxins and have a good health. Recent researchs now talk about the benefit of fasting. But as muslims we do it 1400 years ago.

It's like when a woman who wants her baby and has to go through all the difficulty of pregnancy and childbirth is unable to part with her reward in the child's love. The child becomes the most precious part of her soul. When you thirst and hunger and abstain for the Beloved alone, you feel even closer to Him. The desire to see Him happy with you becomes part of your soul.

My Moroccan co-worker used to go around asking colleagues to switch shifts with him during ramadan, so he could get solely night shifts. He almost always managed to work the night shift the entire month of ramadan. This cheeky bastard lived and worked during the night and went to bed early in the morning only to wake up at dawn. He was cheating!

You can have these thoughts they are apart of being human. Lol. You just cant have sexual intercourse, you can not swear(or try not to), you need to practice patience(so try not to get angry), you also cant smoke. Mainly you can not eat or drink until you see the moon at night. (Until the moon is really prominent) however if you do swear or have bad thoughts then that does not break your fast, it mainly the smoking, intercourse, eating and drinking. What matters most is your effort and your intentions. Intention. Intention. Intention. Another important part is that you should pray all your five prayers on time as best as you can, read Quran and try and give charity if you can afford it. Ramadan is the month in the lunar calendar where Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) received the revelations and the Quran from Allah(SWT). Its the best month for spiritual gain and connection with Allah. God is said to be most forgiving and merciful during Ramadan so its the best time to really connect with him and strengthen your relationship. It can be very confusing to practice ramadan in countries where culture is more prominent than religion or where they are mixed.Some places are way too strict and outrageous. You cannot be too hard on your self, you are human and you do sin and make mistakes, as long as you try your best and your intentions are what matters. Try having Ramadan in places like Lebanon or Iran. I find they really do ramadan well. Ramadan Kareem to you and your family and may everyone have a blessed ramadan 🌺❤️❤️

Jessica McGinley All you told about Hindu Fasting called warath.We end fast at sunset. Its over us to control ourself as part of fast.
@yansaster49516 жыл бұрын
Hashaam Saleem funny thing, that I ever hear. Hindu or budha do fasting as religion purpose like Muslim did. Yes ho to do it the same, but different intention. In Islam they all belive every work you do every things you did when fasting, the only judgment for your true fasting is only the one, Allah.
@hashaamsaleem38016 жыл бұрын
Yan Saster I am agree with you that our intentions are judged by Allah. Whatever Religion are from not matters,Your humanity,your kindness and honesty is worthful always.Islamic History have good example of “Hatim Taae”. He was promted by Islam while he was non Muslim,He was kind hearted and big Charity giver.
@yansaster49516 жыл бұрын
Hashaam Saleem yeah, if I can trll you my opinion. Hindu or Buddha (I know both different) is Islam as a way of life, mean peace and calm religion. But the different Islam have one exact god, the one Allah.
@yansaster49516 жыл бұрын
There is no god of destruction, no god of builder or etc. Islam do only know one supreme god, Allah.

- Chapter > General Information on Islam > What Are the Five Pillars of Islam? > Chapter > 4) Fasting the Month of Ramadan: Every year in the month of Ramadan,4 all Muslims fast from dawn until sundown, abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations. Although the fast is beneficial to health, it is regarded principally as a method of spiritual self-purification. By cutting oneself off from worldly comforts, even for a short time, a fasting person gains true sympathy with those who go hungry, as well as growth in his or her spiritual life.
