Hello madam i have 3 children first one is totally normal but second and third child are affected by asd . My both asd children were normal after age of 18 months they both regressed . It can be affected by both means genetically as well as by environmental factors but if u are literally wanting a fourth child then my recommendation is talk to ur gynecologist first and then decide because u already have two kids with autism whom u also have to take care of and planning a new baby and taking care of him going forth will be a great amount of work for both of you parents.. so if you genuinely want to know my opinion u need to plan with all the precautions
