The noodles are a type called Mee Pok. They are from Chaoshan region. In my home country, Malaysia, they are a staple. Also in Singapore and Thailand. Because of the unique texture, they can absorb and trap sauces quite well. Stir-Fried noodles or wet noodles (no soup or broth) are the common way these noodles are prepared. Brb, gonna make some mee pok for dinner.

I think I got a broken one, when I ate that Buldak I literally couldn't finish it bc of how spicy it was, and I can handle my spicy, I put hot sauce in everything I can since I was a kid, but this Buldak Carbonara was insanely spicy for some reason, even more than other Buldaks that should be spicier
