Hi, Thanks for the great service! I watched almost all your videos and I couldn't find an answer for my question. My husband has a foreign bachelor's degree but we do not have an ECA. In the express entry profile under his education section, can I say "No" to the question of spousal education and choose not to mention anything there. Later on include his education in the personal history section after receiving the ITA? Is it misrepresentation? PS: I have enough points without his education.

Hi. I'm having more than 11 years experience in HRM and possessing a BSc in HRM with so much of HR related qualifications and I was the island 02nd prize winner of AATSL (Accounting course). Hi my wife is on a study visa and i am on my spouse open work permit.We are residing in Ontario.I have challenged and cleared power engineer examination and got Certification from TSSA.May be in a month i will get a B category (2) job. My doubt is that can i apply now as the prime applicant for PR? How much experience is required for that? My Ielts score is 6 average.my age is 33 and my wife is 28 have a child 3 years

I think the earliest time you can attempt is after having 01 year of Canadian Experience. That time you can attempt under CEC (Canadian Experience Class). Good Luck !!

NO, that does not impact at all so long you have completed. But please be sure to put the letter of explanation regarding those two years of the gap with evidence if possible.

What all documents should I submit as a proof of marriage while applying for PR. I only had the register marriage and didn't had any traditional Indian ceremony. Sir i am the primary applicant.my husband's sibling is a PR in canada.then for creating EE profile if i get the point of relative.without the adaptability point i get 65/100.but when add the 5 point of sibling i meet the minimum score to create EE profile.The agency told me i didnt get the sibling point,they said my husband has to clear the ielts and ECA.So please reply sir...

For the main applicant they do. For spouse, it's only 40 points out of 1200. SO, main applicant has to perform mostly, not the spouse.
