@@DopeFrancis. it's ok to rev it in gear but reving it on neutral to the limiter will damage the engine ... you can ask any mechanics ... altough feel free to bend a rod or a valve ... its your call i dont give a crap ...

Nah- they run hot even under regular loads and low shifting under 8k RPM. I've got a 23 KRT 4RR, and city commuting regularly hits 213° and engages the fans. They're great on the interstate and on the track where the air is helping keep temps down along with the coolant. Upgrading the radiator cap to a 2bar cap also has helped.

Nah- these things run hot. Mine regularly reaches 213°, and engages the fans, with shifting under 8k RPM in traffic. These things run cooler at speed on the interstate and track with the air helping to keep temps down

the zx4r is good but for the 400's if you would go with 600 and above you'll sound like a chain saw
