I think this is very interesting video and topic because i have NetworkThrottlingIndex=fffffff wich is diabled and SystemResponsiveness=0, MMCSS=4(disabled) for at least 10 years and i think many people also have this exact settings but because of your video i change it

I had the same settings .....today i played with my friend via VPN and performance of network ( the packets that i sending as hoster to my friends PC during the custom game , the results and performance was really impressive . And of course you must have MMCSS enable otherwise Network Throttling Index is not functional .

Thanks for the fast answer first of all,second as i said i always have NetworkThrottlingIndex=fffffff .SystemResponsiveness=0.MMCSS=4(disabled) for at least 10 years like this but i play cs go and lol so i am testing it your way you said in the video NetworkThrottlingIndex=10 MMCSS=2(enabled) , i did not change SystemResponsiveness it is still 0 because i wait for the video about it ::) .@@Alchemytweaks

I have a problem, when i open a game the connection in that game is great, but when i do something else like streaming while the game is open i cant do it bc it seems like the game has all the bandwith prioritized for it. how do i fix this?? i want to stream and play at the same time or atleast play and use discord at the same time

You need to use a different bitrate and in general different stream settings to have more balance between game and stream.
