This is a Catalan folk song that tells the story of a thief looking back over his life before being put to death as a punishment for his crimes. It is nostalgic and bittersweet. @JaxonBurn* 👍👍👍👍👍 Please add the other one to your repertoire, it's called *_El noi de la Mare,_* another Catalan song also arranged for guitar by Miguel Llobet. One would even think it is the 2nd movement to *_Canço del Lladre,_* as it in the same D major Key, and the the 6th string is also tuned to D.
