Can RD DP and DPS DC POWER SUPPLY charge batteries

some people ask us that our DPS/DPH power supply can charge battery or not , if yes, it need add a diode ?
this video answer those question.
1, it can charge battery, and don't need to add a diode (only for new version, for some old version of DPS5005/DPS3005/ DP50V5A/DP30V5A, it need a diode).
2, don't reverse battery polarity.
3, our power supply can charge battery reversely, but not professional tool to charge battery. if you want to charge, you should know how to set
in this video we introduce if we can use our power supply to charge a battery, and you can see the progress, at first it is constant current, increasing voltage, latter constant voltage, decreasing current.
you can see CC icon changes into CV icon.
when the current reduces to 0.01C（if the capacity of 3200mAh, when the current reduces to 32mA）, the charging is considered to be terminated, if the current can not reach 0.01C after 8 hours, the charging progress should be terminated.

I have a DP50V5A V1.15d, does that one need a diode? And if so, what kind and where can I buy it? I don't really plan on using it to charge batteries often, mostly as a power supply for troubleshooting, but I want to be able to use it to bring some packs back to life. DP and DPS are buck power supply, DPH are buck boost power supply, and the differences between DP and DPS are the opreation system, you can operate the DPS system easier

dps5020 havs output reverse protection for resistor or else, but not for battery because battery has electricity. if you want to be safe when charging a battery , you can add diode and fuse like what I put in the top comment

please add charging programs for these units, or make completely different product line for it :). This would be great for charging big lithium battery packs (say like 10s pack for ebike) chargers this big with adjustable parameters are very expensive. I would like to charge my cells to 4.1v insted of 4.2v to increase longevity. It needs programmamble termination for A so I dont need to watch for it.
