Hey Daley, these are definitely Ukrainian soldiers. Here some interesting historian/war stuff that you might find interesting. No political take on my part here, just facts. AZOV battalion was the battalion who did their last stand in Mariupol, in May 2022, in Azovstal factory buildings. As you can see on their unit badge, which you can see whole if you google it, it mimics the german Wolfsangel, a traditional german heraldic symbol... Found on the bad mustache man elite troops unit badges, espacially the Das Reich division. These ukrainian guys were reknown for having an inclination towards the previously quoted bad mustache elite troops. That might seem wrong to us as we fought Nzi Germany in WWII, but is actually more common than one could think in Ukraine : they had to suffer terrible URSS dominion in the 30s (organized starvings, repression, etc), so the German were and are still seen as rescuers against the soviets tyrans. In fact, still today in Urkaine, as most countries invaded in WWII, they have statues for resistance members... against the URSS, who engaged in the SS to fight the soviets !! That's all for me.
