Hyperspeed activates depending on your climb speed (the bunch of little shapes at the bottom of your board), it requires climb speed 8 (soft green) on floors 1-2, or climb speed 9 (bright turquoise) on floors 3-5, and on floor 6 and later, hyperspeed cannot activate, so you actually got hyperspeed at the very last possible moment in this run

climbing speed is affected by lines sent correct? So it may be worth to break b2b every now and then to send the burst and increase the speed?

whenever you go below climb speed 7 hyperspeed deactivates

No it deactivates when you reach the platform of the gods, which is the end condition of the speedrun.

@@donovanmahan2901 it can deactivate before reaching F10. Although I believe you need to go below speed 6, not 7.
