Those Death Knights are awfully hard to kill, and their horses are just as bad. Meanwhile, the Special Forces would have won this if their ranged units understood about (A) long range vs close range, and (B) protecting themselves. So it goes. Chaos serves the Chaos Lord.

In battles like this I would love the 18 unit slots ceiling being raised by developers. Such a pity. Still great setup.

Thar was tough fight man... but it nice that mordor is no longer united... Now the war I not only about hope and inspirational speeches or good against evil... now it's war of ambition and survival... now it's time to fight, it's the time to kill... the time to fight for your own ambition and in the end united the planet under your own flag! What flag will be ? Better What future will be? The chaos future - where corruption and destruction are spread around all world ? The lich king future - where all life would be killed and returned as undead in land of ice and cold ? The future of the night king ? A future of a endless night ? The future of darth vader ? Where the galaxy would be ruled by a dark iron fist ? The future of sauron ? Where people a controlled and all kind of creatures would be walking freely around the world... creation destroyed? A future of special forces? Where people can live without war, where families can grow in peace? Well... we don't have a answer for that but... "there only one dark lord and he doesn't share his power!"

One can only applaud to the excellent setup. It was exciting until the very last minutes. For some time I though the small Space Marine force could do it. It's surely difficult to create such an close outcome regading the dumb battle AI. Well done!

I’d say that the Space Marinces using the Bolter, the ones outside the city. I’d say they did the best because any secret they reinforced was usually on the verge of collapse and then the enemy was completely crushed. The reason they lost is out of all the units the Demons has the easiest time due to fighting very few ranged units at the start whereas the Marines were slugging it out with anyone and everyone even retreating a time or two losing too many members and too many of the melee specialist Marines at the start. If they had about 80 of the hammers left or the chainsword Marines left, then they would’ve won but they didn’t so they were helpless against the still quite large Demon forces left.

Interesting. I think I see part of an idea I put forward a couple weeks back, that the powers of Death are beginning to grow out of Sauron's control. Not exactly as I suggested it of course, which is not just fine but a good thing.
