Did Our Jackery Get Replaced??

I would like to thank Gia for getting us lost during the Whipsaw trip, 😏. These are great videos guys, there’s so many videos on product reviews, but not on what happens after, or returns, dealing with the company etc. Any tips or tricks with dealing with issues are greatly appreciated. Jackery’s are definitely top of the line. Companies can be hard to deal with when it comes to refunds or replacements, so this is a good heads up with the process for Jackery. A go to meal I grew up with was Kraft Dinner with cut up hotdogs. Nothing fancy but sooo good, still make it today. Take care guys, another fun video.

Your request is on the list!!!! I totally remember having that as a kid!! I was mostly surprised that their was not one person dealing with our issue! Now knowing all they require....the process would be quicker, I think. Replacement, so far, is working great!!

They hire interns for jobs like this. We’ve spoken to multiple people regarding an issue and it was so frustrating having to repeat or story, over and over. Hopefully no issues with this one.

There definitely are a ton of options! We do love Jackery which is why we went for the 2nd for our extra power! The replacement seems to be working perfectly! We would highly recommend Jackery Definitely don't want a dead truck battery 😂 Thanks for watching Cheers

Switch to an Android device and you may get a better experience😁😁 Using an iPad may have been your problem with GAIA. Hopefully, the Jackery works fine this time!
