Hey man next time you cook sum samon , just brown both sides then stick it in an oven pre heated on 180c for like 10-15 min ,( that way you dont stink out the house by panning it) i put chili sauce on the whole samon for flavour just b4 i stick it in the oven skin side up if you want to keep the skin crispy , or just take the skin off b4 u shove it in the oven if you dont like it , & have it with salad to counter all the oil , ps you & hunter are great riders & tell claudius to get a fucking couch
