I think the turbo keeps blowing because it’s running to rich for the setup get it tuned it’ll save you money like get it professionally tuned on a dyno, or get the engine rebuilt or a built one and get it tuned to avoid other problems

"Tuneing" is done with a punch chisel flat head and an allen socket.. No electronics involved.

You probably don't have enough oil flow through that old oil line or something might be plug or you need to increase the flow. Journal bearing turbos like alot of oil. And both turbos going like that all of a sudden I would thing something might have gotten plugged.

Just curious, did you use starter fluid that's made for diesels and let the glow plugs cycle off first? Iv had a few dam hot no starts on my 6.0 been using some to get by.

That is not why your Turbo is blowing up. It's from abuse and lack of knowledge. If you inspected the turbo after installation you might see the excessive play before you send aluminum shavings through your engine. You could have a maxed pump and 5x20s and if you just set the waste gate correctly a stock turbo would live if you kept egts in check. What is your fuel set up because pulling the plate doesn't mean it has a tone of fuel haha

Yo lemme help u bro. Stop with the starting fluid please its No good! Dump a shot of 2stroke mix on the breather yeah like 40:1 50:1 whatever ,nothing special but it has oil for lubrication, works great and won't dry your cylinder walls ! Old school trick I've used for over a decade on my 6.0 an many different equipment. Love ur videos an trucks man !
