Can't clear HPV? Are you missing something?

Im having all sorts of issues with HPV. Its terrible. I met my husband in 2008 and had a pap (that was completely clean) two weeks after we became sexually involved. I am confident that our relationship has been monogamous from the start. In 2009 we married and conceived a child. A strain of hpv popped up around that time, other than getting my first cold sore ever, I didn't have any other notable symptoms. Fast forward about three years and a couple more strains popped up. (No symptoms). Then In 2017 I started getting hand warts that are nearly impossible to get rid of. I had a big one that took nearly a year to finally get rid of but as soon as it went away a new one popped up right above the original one. I started treating it immediately- it went away within a few weeks then another one popped up on a different finger. ive been relentlessly trying to get this one to go away for about three months. It was shrinking down pretty quickly but as soon as I had it almost gone it went into hyperdrive and furiously started trying to come back up (im still in a daily battle with it) but then today i looked down at my forearm just above my wrist and see what appears to suddenly be a new wart from out of nowhere! In addition to the hand warts of 2017, in 2018 my husband all of a sudden developed a case of genital warts- that responded well to freezing-cleared right up and hasnt reoccurred. At that time i also went in for a pap/exam to make sure i was still all good down there. Doctor comes back and tells me Im now showing like some ridiculous number (i think it was SIX) different strains of HPV! I've only had one sexual partner for thirteen years. Prior to him, I was clean and also had just one monogamous partner (over 8 consecutive years). In 2020 I was informed that i had (cervical) cell dysplasia. Due to life busyness and living in a very rural area some drive 'into town' for medical treatment im only just this month finally scheduled to go in and get treatment for that. But seriously, Im starting to feel like a frickin petrie dish breeding HPV. A mutant- like maybe I should belong to some lab in Wuhan China. 😅

I never knew anything about folic acid. I'm 41 and haven't been able to clear hpv. Recently my smear showing abnormal cells. I Also have streptococcus, ebv and gut issues. Its very overwhelming

I had positive Hpv again , my OBGYN is not offering any treatment or diet or supplements…. It’s frustrating. I’m mostly plant base too for 2 years , at this point I’m discouraged

Im 32 yrs old got hpv warts 9 month ago went away but suddenly it broke out hard. And short time after i also got mollusks (dont know how pronounced) its common in children and for adults through sex. I also got herp. Is it less likely i can get ridd of hpv and mollusk since i got all 3? Feel like ending it sometimes its so depressing.

I had a hysterectomy five years ago and was in the clear for five years... Now guess what just started up again ..low grade displaysia...on my vaginal cuff no less. Now im worried any treatment will damage the cuff and my intestines will fall out, or that the precancerous cells might go in father and ill be doomed. I got this at almost 18 years old, im now turning 43 in December. Doc says it might go away on its own and i was like, you told me that one uterus ago and i dont have another to give up I dont know if theres any reason to get my hopes up this time that i might be ok. I feel like im just going to die from it anyway after all that ive gone through.

Do I have to be on full plant based diet to get rid of HPV 16? I substantially cut down on red meat consumption and got rid of beef from my diet. But still having challenges going fully vegan

What about fighting it after hysterectomy? So no cervix .. just vaginal . I have been fighting it for 3 years . Now I’ve been put on the 5FU cream . :( please suggest what I can read or use.. I have strain 14 and 16.. I’ve had 3 laser vaporizations outpatient at hospital under anesthesia.. VAIN 1 at this point

I had the hpv shot back in 2016, and last week my pap came back hpv16 positive and severely abnormal cells. I have a colposcopy scheduled for Tuesday, and I am terrified. I’m taking this as a sign I had hpv16 for years so my immune system can’t clear it and I’ll have to worry about a LIST of cancers my whole life… is that fair to assume?

Dr if a woman is having warts on her vagina does it mean the same thing as hpv that causes cervical cancer or something else I'm I'm little worried I tried to do the screaming but it was so painful but your advice about aldara worked for anal warts

My understanding is that it is only positive with pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions, so it would be useless do identify HPV in the absence of lesions. So not very useful.

I've had warts on my hands and face for years now. Didn't help that I didn't know what they were at first either. I've tried apple cider vinegar and that seemed to permanently get rid of a few, but the majority just grew back and kept growing back. I've tried AHCC supplementation and that got rid of a few more, but didn't seem to do much for the rest. I dunno. Every now and then I get a wave of itchiness across the warts after ingesting AHCC but that's about it unfortunately. Now I'm trying povidone iodine twice daily. A particularly stubborn wart is currently flaking away after just a half week and some change. Is it a permanent flake away or will it just come right back as it has done in the past? Dunno. Not holding my breath. The eeriest thing about using this povidone iodine is that this morning I got unexpected jolts of semi-intense pain at the sites of old, permanently removed, warts. The applied iodine was nowhere near the "successfully removed" wart sites. The flesh might look clear, but I'm beginning to think I never truly got rid of them.

Hi Im a male 26 years of old and have been having anal warts since 7 months now. I also did a surgery since the warts were spreading in the inside aswell. After the biopsy the doctor told me i have low risk strain 6 and also one high risk strain 59 My question is can i still clear both at the same time and is strain 59 less dangerous than 16&18? I have had reoccurrence three weeks after surgery and now im using Aldara i feel like i will have to live with this forever 🥲😞
