People quite often don’t link their name to a company properly , so a good thing to do is when searching people via recruiter , is to also put a company name in quotation marks along with the actual company’s drop down name ,as this often brings up those candidates who have’t linked themselves properly to the company they work for and have simply typed in the company name on their profile
