The first pen is actually a style of pen made for arthtic hands! The "Y" style is made to give a more "natural" and less demanding hold on a pen. An elderly woman who lives with me has one and has artithis, she absolutely loves it.

I have one them y shape pens, I suffer from chronic pain in my wrists and it helps me a lot. Have never seen those light up pens before. Like look of those containers 😊

I only use the ergonomic pens after seeing another KZbin channel use them bc of arthritic hands. It’s my absolute favorite now although I was sad to give up all of my pretty pens. 😩 The brass tip took a beating bc apparently I’m a hard placer & I only single place. Luckily I found the ergonomic pen with steel tips on Amazon so I’m happily dping to my heart’s content again!

Those are some neat picks! I wonder if there is a small battery in the top of the pen that you could change. It looks possible that the top of the pen, where the squiggly cord is attached may possibly screw off? 😊
