That 3rd & 21 was Quarters/Invert & they still hit the seam. Queen dropped too flat, Kazee inverted too shallow/at a bad angle, & Elliot didn't have to bail but I understand why he did w/#1 to his side running vertically. Everyone is worried about Minkah, but if you watch this guy's film (not highlights), he played his technique perfectly relative to the down & distance. He's probably the smartest safety in terms of knowing what teams are trying to do situationally in the league.

@Justin_Watson23 it wasn't quarters at the sticks. If it was, there would be no seem to hit. You would have to worry about anybody sinking. Nobody is saying Minkah isn't smart or playing bad. He is playing fine. My point, is for $18 mil, we need more. We can pay someone less than half that to be smart and be the last line of defense. For that amount of money, splash plays have to be included. That's how he got the money. So don't misunderstand me when I say we need more. He isn't playing at all. We just need more.

I agree with your game plan, Big B...throw those short throws over the middle, especially when the box is loaded to open up that run game. Play it just like they did against the Bengals. And my god, if Miles is taking the game over, adjust immediately instead of waiting for the half to do so.

The term pressure is applicable here. Some people don't do well when it's constant. And, Famous Jameis is one of those people. PRESSURE, PRESSURE and Pressure! Don't underestimate the ability of the STEELERS to apply it. I agree, must win, and we will with PRESSURE. It makes water run uphill!

Before the last game, I never thought Myles Garrett was in TJ's league. He was just a product of hot-take PFF rankings and pumped up stats (which were still short of TJ's), but I rarely saw him making the big game-changing plays that TJ often makes to literally swing Ls into Ws for the Steelers. But he did show us something in Week 12. The Steelers need to answer. If you want to support TJ for DPOY, the narrative after this game can't be "Myles Garrett showed again that he's the more impactful player." They just have to execute their blocks against him. They need to run smart plays against him: get the ball out fast, throw screens behind him, and run inside his gap to slow down his pass rush. Get yourselves right, 65, 77, and 80. We need you today!

Cleveland can pretty much make their whole season right if they can sweep the Steelers. They're going to come out like this is a playoff game. The Steelers need to match that urgency and intensity. It's really that simple.

Sunday is not a must win football game. If they lose, they lose they have the rest of the season ahead of them stop trying to make Sunday seem like it’s an absolute game. They have to win. They’re still gonna be in the playoffs.
