How's balancing handstands going, 9 months after this comment? This handstand push-up tutorial isn't a good video to learn how to balance but I hope it has inspired you!

Should it be easier on floor or paralettes ? I can do 8 reps on the floor moderate grip but 0 on paralettes. I just feel weaker on the neutral grip, same as ohp pronated vs neutral

I can easily figure it out on floor version but on parallettes where shall the weight distribution be in the hands like thumb area or thumb index middle finger. While the floor version is mostly fingertips backside of knuckle area chambered hand technique

I´ve been dealing with HSPU for a few months I have the strenght and a good negative, but I push more with my right shoulder when going up and I fall, I´ve considered using weights to work my should press with dumbells and correct that, but I don´t have access to a gym right now, any Ideas?

@@blackiealexander Yes, I can hold it for 10s, I guess its a muscle inbalance but I don't have that problem when doing HSPU agaist the wall

Try dumbbell presses with elbows tucked in, like a pike push up position

@@wadsworth2351 don’t give up! I hit plateau for years and just doing this one time dumbbell press really changed my whole perspective for me. Try different things, grip width, tempo, weights, bands, etc. One day you will find the thing that works for you and progress good from there!

Hey Dominik Sky thanks for the good content like always. I have something to add though. From one "Christian" brother to another. You wear a cross on your neck, and tattooed one on your right arm but yet your tongue does not have one there? You are viewed by thousands of people in your videos and so by them seeing you wear the cross, which is a symbol of Christianity they might look at you as maybe an example of what a Christian person is. That means you are to be a good example to the world in how to act and speak. You should not be using the Lord's name in vein ever if you are actually a Christian. I have never and will never do such a thing, the Holy spirit anchors my soul in that regard; if he is actually with you then he will anchor yours as well. Words matter and if your gonna curse, curse. But do not twist the Lord's holy name in such a way. Also I'm sure your able to not curse when putting out a video, yes? So my friend these words of mine only come from a place of love and not judgement as if I don't say something to help you then who will? So I challenge you to know Christ more, reading your bible and such. By doing this your heart and mind will be renewed and you will start producing the fruits of the Holy Spirit. May God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit be with you. I hope to see you in Heaven my brother in arms.

Why are you preaching here when you can go to church?
@wholelifeelements99863 жыл бұрын
Agreed. Being Christian takes on so many different forms. His form doesn’t fit the ideal form you would like it to be
@timothyquinton22923 жыл бұрын
@@painmymiddlename457 That was not preaching. If you want to hear some good preaching though there's actually alot of great channels on here. Look up Johnathan Cahn or John Ramirez those guys are both powerful speakers in my opinion weilding incredible testimonies. Sorry to say though if your not a mature Christian you wouldn't truly understand where I am coming from in saying what I said to Dominik.
@timothyquinton22923 жыл бұрын
@@wholelifeelements9986 How do you know? Are you Dominik? Haha 😉 Read James 3:1-12 that talks all about how we can't control our tongues. It's truth, and that is annoying. Personally I wish I was better with my vocabulary choices for sure, ya know?
