А зачем аппелировать к какому-то там Элвису ? Композиции (хотя текст совпадает) проходят по разным категориям. У Элвиса "легендарное" исполнение в категории "автомобильной музыки" (pop hit, musical fastfood), когда средний американец едет в машине и его не отвлекает от внимания вождения ровный и средний по качеству баритон исполнителя без музыкального образования. Драматические исполнения Дианы, с ее сверхдинамичной вокальной техникой и полифоническим голосом, наоборот, должны быть строго запрещены к прослушиванию в автомобилях, ибо это крайне опасно для участников дорожного движения. Также, к представлениям Дианы надо как-то готовиться заранее, а "музыкальный фастфуд" можно потреблять сходу.
