Did yesterday 22.4 kmpl at my Slavia 1.0 AT at stretch of 50 KM. Put in Cruise at 78 and see how quickly average climbs up.

Slavia 1.0 has 20kmpl clamied mileage by company and it's a sedan... Both slavia and virtus 1.0L has better mileage than kushaq and taigun due to aerodynamic... 2~3 km mileage difference in sedan and suv...

My best is 26Kmpl in 600km highway run. Maintained speed between 80-85kmph, no sudden overtake . Conserved momentum while observing traffic. I have Taigun 1.0 MT

I own a 1 ltr Taigun automatic and my experience this car is ideal for highways not for cities where you encounter bumber to bumper traffic. Highways this gives you a decent fuel efficiency close to 15 to 20 kmpl if you are soft on your pedal while keeping rpm less than 2000 without allowing to kick turbo. Use paddle shifters for automatic transmission on highways. Cities it is giving less than 5 during heavy traffic conditions where gear shifts happen very frequent.

You should have turned on instantaneous fuel economy not the total trip average or reset the trip and start from 0 Km

Why buying skoda and driving at 80-90 kmph? I know this car drops mileage significantly after 95 kmph... For this speed Maruti is enough and can give more mileage or diesel venue or Sonet can give same average at better speeds (bonus - less noise inside cabin as well). People are buying this car by mistake, without taking test drive of other vehicle in segment or for pure looks. In my opinion, if fuel consumption in mind and who plan to drive around 100kmph, then those people should seriously avoid these cars and people buy should not complain about fuel efficiency. Videos like these spread wrong info among people who shortlist these cars for buying. These are some extreme best case condition for this car where can give good efficiency, not real world day to day data.

@@parthkulkarni1126 I am not denying that fact VW and Skoda have better dynamics. However, Maruti, Hyundai or Kia don't claim they have better handling. However when people of VW or Skoda claim they have good mileage that too with this 1.0L turbo petrol, it gets into my nerve.

owning a taigun 1L AT . i touched 18kmpl by cruising 85kmph for around 50km at very less traffic in highway .. but the fun part is gone.. we just keep a lane , simply move.. no overtakings ..

Hello Dharmesh, i too have 1.0 AT. Really struggle to cross 10 km/l within city from Thirumulgiri to Hemayat Nagar with light foot. Am hoping in highway i should get done decent milage

I have Slavia 1.0 AT, able to take out 12+ with AC and 14+ without AC in City. Drive light footed, put in cruise at 45kmpl Check tire pressure

@@ambasthanipun I use 38 tyre pressure, XP95 fuel and light footed itself. But in City like Hyderabad can't use cruise. For distance of 10 Km it takes 55 min, average speed as per VW app is just 19 km. And I drive with AC always.

@@avishek5081 38 that's high pressure if you are driving alone, ideally should be between 33 to 35. I am in Bangalore and you know world famous Bangalore Traffic 😂 Also, you don't have to use XP95 always, ideally after 3-4 tank fills, use XP95 Have you got a software update? I am seeing good fuel average after software update, they have done tuning of AC, which gives better efficiency. Also I am seeing better fuel average after my 1st service

in my virtus 1.0AT i found AC consumes too much fuel because i always get mileage with AC about 10 to 12kmp/l but without AC easily get 14 to 16kmp/l
