Listen, if I have to deal with mystic punch yi and bread and cheese volibear, taric deserves to not be needed into oblivion too! (Especially when he has the hidden nerf of being locked out of every ability and auto for about 1/4 of a second every time he uses an ability)

doesn't fimbulwinter only work for melee champs? or is it just the slow part of its passive?

slows don't proc it on ranged, otherwise it's the same

Fimblewinter is procced by slows for melee, and cc for ranged and melee. Which means it can regularly be gotten off with lissandras root.
