Texas wasn’t challenged but had to punt drive one CSU made you punt on the opening drive… and they sacked you and interception on Ewers drive 3… vs a defense that is terrible… Michigan will put Ewers on skates or on his back all game

I don’t understand why we are treat and talking about Michigan like they are even a shell of themselves last year. Texas is ranked higher and they are supposed to beat Michigan. It’s just one team beating a lesser ranked team is all. Just because they were a Michigan helmet let’s don’t give them extra credit before they earn it. If Texas loses. Michigan potentially has the most first rounders.. yes they lost 13 guys to the draft but they only had two transfer guys from the B1G.. a LB and a LG… that have been there since last season… everyone else are juniors or seniors built in this culture with the same identity.. play elite D run the ball have consistency converting 3rd down… so to say they aren’t even a shell is laughable… you have to look at the fine details… CSU got stomped yes.. but on first downs they ran for 5-7 yards easy.. that’s Michigan bread butter… and when they pressured Ewers only twice on the 3rd drive.. he got sacked and threw int!… obviously you watched the playoffs last year… Michigan had Milroe and Penix on their backs almost the whole game… they have the best DLine in the country by far.. they will get home..

The SEC isn’t weak… it just isn’t what it was in the early 2010’s… all that depth on Bama Georgia Florida Auburn LSU etc… are now spread out through the B1G.. because of NIL… NIL with help of Michigan retired Saban… not being able to have 2-3 NFL players deep made him get out… Saban is the best coach in the modern recruiting era… but now we are in a new NIL era…
