signatures of legislative Assembly and parliamentry signatures are two different things , legislative assembly represent the common people of kashmir while as parliament does not represent the people of kashmir, so it was clearly unconstitutional because there was no Legislative Assembly at the time of abrogation. i am surprised how CJI India DY Chandrachud gave judgement in favour of Abrogation of 370.

It is all the game of interpretations of our constitution, plz do not forget that there are two rule of interpretations, golden and mischief rule. If the majority ruling party starts interpretations according to their will and wish then it is nothing but opening the door of mischief rule of interpretations for future ruling parties which amounts to a chaos in future between centre and states. Even for the sake of argument if we accept it as it is, then what is the purpose of an instrument of accession signed by the princely states? Do we think that at the time of signing the instrument Raja , Nawab would have the knowledge of all these interpretations and they signed ? No, if not then the present or any ruling party not keeping the promises of instruments cheated and that will not be a healthy sign for the Indian union in the near future, bcz the country will run on the interpretation of ruling parties instead of the spirit of our constitution.
