@@kosterix123 No. Roll NM. Check DoH WP and the tiles next to it. if not a direct route. Go back to normal. exit normal. Roll NM. Check DoH WP. This can take longer than actually doing the durance, but it's way safer. It's also the best way to get good mephisto farming maps.

I had more different games like last epoch en diablo 3 and 4 on my channel. Once I removed them my channel views went from 1.5-2k daily to over 10k daily. My subcount has also started exploding ever since I did that. Removing every single non D2 video is the best thing I have ever done for the channel and straight up blasted me to making enough money to be able to quit my job and pursue youtube fulltime. I have played Diablo 3 and 4 a bunch as well. Some of those video's are on my second channel called thenuclearrabbit2. But I ended up deleting a bunch of runs in them to just focus on D2 instead. I also did a little bit of last epoch, but that game while fun just didn't really grab me in the same way. I've tried PoE many times, but I just can't with that game. Like my mind just shuts off with all the stuff going on in it. To answer more broadly. KZbin wants you to do 1 thing. Only that thing. And do it consistently and as much as possible. Which is fine, but my own want for variety stuff has slowed down my channel growth immensely. There is a very real chance that if I had done only diablo 2 from the start my channel would have been much bigger. But that's life, and can't change the past and all that. Hindsight 20/20 etc.

Just today talked with a streamer that had that kind of issue, he played PoE and burned out and now his viewership is way lower, since he can't bring himself to play that game all day everyday :/ And PoE is kinda alot i understand, but in the end it's just many different systems that don't have to be done all at once. It gets way easier if you decide to learn one system at a time. But i completely understand why you would stay in D2 only with your explanation! :) I wish you get many more subscribers and keep up with this!

@@viktorhhh1 The big difference between being a youtuber and a streamer is that my job is more than just playing the game hours every day. (I know streaming has other stuff as well, but it still involves hours of playing the game every day. I don't get close to that at all, I've played diablo 2 for like 6 hours in the past 2 weeks cause I've been doing tons of video editing.) It's actually a pretty small part of it. My average run lasts about 12-16 hours. If I use a shared stash they are even shorter than that. I spend most of my time video-editing, script-writing and finding music for the video's. Way more than on the actual runs. So basically every day I get a choice out of what I want to do. I can also just like... you know not do a thing if I don't want to cause I'm my own boss and not bound to anything. Streaming is just an office job in the sense that like any other job, you show up and do what needs to get done. I have way more freedom than that. I actually tried streaming in the past and found it way harder to do than how I run this channel. I can randomly take days off, or have 10 projects going on at the same time and no one will ever notice. I've gone on multiple vacations in the past 2 years and no one could even tell. A few video's have also been fully created abroad. With me basically taking early morning and late nights to edit and spending the rest of the day with my partner on holiday. Streamers can't do that. I also don't have a live audience, meaning I always get to interact on my own terms and when I'm up for it. The only downside to doing youtube is that it takes over your life. But it's the same as with any other small business and a reality I will gladly except if it means I will never ever have to set foot into an office ever again. To sound a bit more dramatic. I have worked very shitty jobs for the better part of 25 years. This is safe, entertaining and has a ton of freedom. I will very easily be able to keep doing this even if I would burn out on D2. I do also still play other games on the side, I just don't bother recording them anymore as there is no point in me spending 30-40 hours on a video only for it to have a few dozen viewers, just not worth my time.

hahhaha, having done a 10x density HC barb run before, I think it took me a couple months of painstaking grinding. You prolly don't have the luxury of going through a single run for over a hundred hours. Maybe do a necro run on higher density? Corpse explosion is so awesome.

awesome video as alwyas, fun to watch. Just one thing that as hardcore player of d2 for years that annoyed me is why u use leap attack instead of leap to move trough herds of monsters? (specially on durance with dolls omfg). I know that leap has a shorter distance of jump than leap attack, butleap knocksback enemies qhen u land, giving u more time to leap again or run. Just use leap attack to reach long distances (since leap attack doesnt have distance restriction). Also if u get amped right before u jump with leap attack in the middle of a dolls herd, when u land u could hit a doll and if ur health wasnt at max or ur bo ran off, u are a dead barb :) ty for ur videos i love ur content, keep it going plz!

As someone who played since launch..bowazon and WW barb not being the quintessential top builds of their class feels gross..When I came back after legit finding a windy after a multi year break I literally paid an ungodly amount to make a BiS all 40/15ed out ..fanaticism A1 bow merc.. only to literally do damage output of a perfectly geared nightmare Javazon basically like WTF…if I wanna spam multi arrow and not think that’s my business. They should just let you play single player with any era patch you want without all the hassle..

Barbarian is actually easier with more monsters. They run out of life steal targets when running out of monsters to aggress

What a awesome video! I know you're an expert hardcore player, BUT then you go and do the whole thing without using LEAP??? What the?? Using leap knocks back all the mobs, especially when you have a bow merc. For dolls, you can just leap on the spot, pushes all the dolls away from you and your merc just shoots them. Then travelling with leap attack looked really nooby when you could have travelled with leap... ouch. Then you also had howl available, both leap and howl would have saved you from most of those dicey "save and exit" moments. Like in the arcane sanc with the phys immune ghosts, you just stand and leap on the spot for 20 seconds and all the ghosts are pushed back half a screen away from you. Anyway you are really funny, even if you have no clue how to play a hardcore barb lol. 👍👍👍👍😁

That would involve me putting more points into leap and howl. Which doesn't work well with whirlwinding at all. Glad you like the video!

@@thenuclearrabbit yeah I get that. But you already had a point in leap, and a shako and maybe a couple more +skills items (even in on weap switch). Putting a few more points into leap would have lost you maybe 4 points from your whirlwind but that is no significant tactical difference to how hard you hit, BUT having a 8 (or more) point leap would have been game changing in controlling the battlefield. Especially with crowded battelfield. Anyway, sorry my orig comment sounded rude I love your vids. 👍
