i was the gunnner on the btr that ambushed the warrior my driver and i thought the warrior was going straight back to main which is why we ended up engaging it from the front again and yeah my turret got shot out and then later commander in the bmp2

And I was the driver, we had a hell of a ride that game. Just a shame I missed that goddamn tow with the BMP :)

Dude I’m in so many of these shorts and vids now, and a lot of times I’ve been whiffing so many crucial shots. I was the gunner in the BMP and drove the BTR at the start. I can’t believe I missed that tow. It had the weirdest drop before leveling, so it just went straight under

I was in this game on the fence staring at the scimitar on the hill yelling at all the lats and hats around me too shoot at it but somehow Im the only one who could see it xD

Ultimately the problem there was losing the first and second logi in the first 6 mins. If they had hidden the first truck behind the building (where the second one went) instead of leaving it in straight view of the airfield, theyd have probably been fine. Then with the second truck, actually waiting and trying another proper push rather than rushing it in and everyone being dead. Beyond that the British did fine. But they threw away their primary pushing positing over two pointless and easily avoidable mistakes and by the time they recovered it had lost 75% of their tickets.

Absolutely gobsmacked by the muppet who charged that Log truck into a wall and dismounted, leaving it right in the open within sight of multiple known RPG teams and AFVs. Unbelievable level of selfish "i wanna shoot too!" play.

So as someone who doesn't really play Squad, why did the British have so many fewer tickets in this game? The Russians seem to have a numbers advantage *and* fight on the defensive, their advantage over the British seems crushing

Defenders have ticket advantage through the entire round, attackers start with 200 tickets and gain 100 per flag captured.

It's just how the game mode, Invasion, is played in Squad. Invasion also gives the defenders a little bit of time before the match starts to start building.

With the plans to build 600 bunkers on our inner border (with russian occupied Estonia east of Narva River and most of Setumaa), unless the developers want to full commit to being stuck in the past (the 2010s), this map is going to need a revamp. Also I know this isn’t new, but I still find it funny of MoiDawg didn’t like “Glory to the Heros” for covering a modern conflict and then deciding to put videos like this from squad presenting current, near future realistically possible wars, and recent conflicts without any problem.* *If in case you don’t know, there is always a British Battlegroup here, that would be uped to brigade strength and be part of the Estonian Division and sent into Narva if russia decides to do something here.

I think a few things that could’ve done better is having calling out of enemy positions and vehicles with their rough locations, and not doing a whole solo warrior thing like some did in the battle at different points. Not to mention having general communication between everyone improved. Not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but in general I think it’s important for all of the above points to be taken more seriously by even average players

I am SOOOOO curious what got said in the command channel that was bad enough to get cut 😂 Awesome video as always, if a bit short. That can't be helped though. If the attackers play like fools they lose like fools and that's not on you one bit, you still did a stellar job on the camera and commentary.

Potato Fields. They have 3 servers, this is the 3rd server more than likely since they're playing Invasion. The first 2 servers are usually RAAS or AAS.

British veichles are a bit too OP how many RPG's and cannon fire can they take, are all Western veichles like this in this game?

Western vehicles are designed to take more punishment. That the actual real world difference in design philosophy. Russia would have a strong land based local supply chain, large stockpiles as well as large numbers of conscripts. Meaning damaged vehicles are far more easily replaced and manpower far more available. While Western nations broadly have volunteer forces, small numbers of kit with low reserves. As such the design philosophy both vehicles and men needs to live to be returned to fighting order. As they need to in many cases be flown out to be properly refurbished. If anything tanks like the Challenger isnt nearly robust enough because of the armour modelling. We have real world examples of Chally 2s tanking over 50 RPGs having had breakdown in the field and being back to full fighting capacity in a few hours having taken only superficial damage.

A British challenger 2 took around 70 RPGs and was was repaired and back in action the next day
