Where I'm at here in America, that wouldn't technically be classed as a truck, they would class it as an SUV like the Ford Explorer and Dodge Durango. To be officially classed as a truck, it has to meet a certain minimum weight as well as the cab and bed being individual parts, (like with most pickup trucks where it has the 2+ inch gap between the back wall of the cab and the front wall of the bed)!

The only real problem is the final drive ratio if it had at least 4.56 to 1 and the manual 5 speed it would be fine
