Thank you they didn't take into consideration how having a clear #1 like adams was good at times but rodgers relied on him too much and teams would adjust to that and the rest of the wr like mvs and eq never stepped up but these new wrs are gonna be a problem because defenses wont know who to target cause everyone gets the ball in gb

Watson healthy is the #1. His speed and upside makes the defense focus on him over all the others. He’s a 180 yard 3 td game waiting to happened.

Weird take. Sounds like you're assuming none of GBs receivers COULD be a 1. It's likely between Watson, Doubs, and Wicks they have a potential #1. You're talking about a ton of young guys who haven't been given #1 style targets. Watson coming in healthy could easily be a 1k #1 receiver.

Are you saying Tyreek is not a 1? Dude this is horrible. Tyreek is definitely a 1 and if Jayden is anything like him, with Watson, we’re pretty solid. Add in Doubbs, Wicks, and Heath. Not to mention Musgrave and Kraft. Stop it.

Not concerning, not a bridge too far. We’ve done it before, we can do it again. Every “No. 1” receiver we’ve had in recent history got that status because they were allowed the time to develop the chemistry with the quarterback. Davante Adams, Jordy Nelson; neither of these guys were looked at as true number one prospects in the beginning, but they became that over time. The receivers that we have are only in year two with Jordan love. Let’s give them time to continue to develop before we start making declarations about what they are/aren’t capable of. Additionally, over-reliance on one guy potentially limits the growth and potential of the others. Respectfully, I don’t agree with this take at all.

Number one is a media term that people in football don't use people. You throw the ball to the guy who's open. If a guy is more open than the other receivers he ends up catching more passes and then is deemed the number one.
