Not really. It's not their fault media is overhyping them. They aren't unbeatable and have weaknesses. It's possible for another team to just be better. They can get out coached out rebounded and we already know they aren't elite defensively so idk where the notion is coming from that they are a shoe in to make the finals.
@hristijandimitrovski86643 жыл бұрын
@@brendanbloom3366 no, it isn't possible. On paper it isn't possible, maybe Miami would beat them, or Bucks, or anyone if all of them plays like trash, if Kevin Durant plays whole series like trash, if Kyrie plays whole series like trash, if Harden plays like trash, if they haven't chemistry, of course they wouldn't win the championship this year because chemistry is the most important. But statisticly, if they are all healthy and if all of them plays likw he played for now and if nobody of them won't dissapoint, than nobody is on their level this year, nobody.
@brendanbloom33663 жыл бұрын
@@hristijandimitrovski8664 that's not true. Playoffs are where adjustments are made and flaws in teams are exposed. No team in NBA history has ever been unbeatable they all have weaknesses to be exposed. They can get out coached for one. Than can they limit turnovers? Can they protect the paint? Can they rebound? I have the nets coming out the east personally but I'm not gonna pretend it's gonna be easy and the heat bucks and philly don't matchup well and can't possibly beat them. You look at how the clippers play on both ends and they can definitely beat them. You look at the Lakers depth on both ends of the floor and they're size and they can definitely beat them. If they can defend and rebound well enough and if they can kill teams with outside shooting and not get killed in the paint than they will win. Those things aren't a given tho especially when they have to gaurd potentially bigs like bam Giannis Lopez Embiid Dwight AD drummond harrell.
@hristijandimitrovski86643 жыл бұрын
@@brendanbloom3366 I agree, O definitely agree. Everyone overhypes Lakers this year to play in finals, I agree, I think the only team that can match up the Nets are Clippers, only Clippers. But they choked last year when they were also overhyped and now nobody talks about them, and for me honestly, when nobody cares about them, when everyone says Lakers are the best team in the west, I think Clippers this year are even more dangerous than last year and it isn't even close. I think that Paul George understood what happened last year, I hope that he will play much better play offs now, they have Serge Ibaka, they have Rondo, they have one and only, one of my favourite players to watch, Kawhi eho plays both ends on the floor, they have Morris, Reggie, Parick.... Whole team, whole Clippers team is this year incredible, nobody gives them respect this year, but Clippers are very stacked team this year and they can match up Brooklyn this year.

The only advantage I know heat can use is their chemistry. In terms of depth they are about the same. In terms of fire power, Nets having Harden is going to be really difficult to overcome. The guy can carry that team alone. And they have KD and Kyrie. Shidts about to get real.

We need more people like Kendrick Perkins working for ESPN. He gives us all the respect that nobody else does even though he played for the Celtics. I'm so glad Paul Pierce got fired because he would only talk trash about us because we ended his franchise many times before. Perkins knows what he is talking about unlike Pierce. They definitely have a chance, but if Vic Oladipo did not go down I would have them winning the East this season. Nets are great but Miami would have had the best defensive/switch everything line-up in Vic, Jimmy, Iggy, Ariza, and Bam but now that’s not a possibility

They miss 27 straight 3’s in game 7, this was a very manageable series, the Rockets just chocked

The Play-offs are about getting stops. Miami can do it. Brooklyn has a thin bench and I believe they can be figured out in a series by a Miami team that is elite defensively and fears no one. Harden, KD and Kyrie are very disjointed. Miami reminds me of the Spurs back in the day, a team of mostly average players..that is well coached and elite on the defensive end..plays hard...with a mamba mentality and has a great coach too.I think they can figure out the Nets in a series...Defense is what wins in the play-offs...GS was a super team but had some terrific defenders like Klay,Draymond, Iguodala and Livingstone.....making them great defensively. I think DEfense is underrated in today's NBA.
@realtalk99023 жыл бұрын
bro me too then they don't have good chemistry as well as Miami does Miami is all about team chemistry and kd,kyrie,harden all want to be the batman but someone has to be robin or alfred
@Superbad223 жыл бұрын
@@realtalk9902 honestly I think Miami has the best team chemistry in the NBA. Plus they have a deep roster with plenty of guys who could give you at least 20 points in a game if you needed them to

Facts analysis look at talent "if James kd and kyrie" blah blah blah. What they don't understand is that defense creates offense and your gonna let KD be starting C against Bam? Nash is an unexperienced coach being carried by the big 3. Talent is good but defense is what matters when Jimmy Ariza and Bam shut the big 3 down who are they gonna turn to? Blake? Joe? Who could barely make a 3?(btw I'll take Duncan over Joe anytime)
@raghavtaneja133 жыл бұрын
Just talent doesn't take you all the way. Defense and chemistry is essential and the nets have none. Heat can definitely upset them
