I've had a chance to see Satriani, Vai and Kozen but Andy Timmons is the best guitar player I ever seen live. His sound is out of this world. One word to define his tone and melodies "perfection"

Delay has always been my favourite effect, and since this pedal was released I've been using an approximation on my Helix pretty much exclusively for worship! Occasionally I'll use a subtle plate verb on top, but it provides plenty of ambience on its own! Andy Timmons is also definitely my favorite player, he's so inspiring!

The Halo is KILLER. The only thing I wish it did is save presets in Global mode. I would use it with a Quartz in a heartbeat.

Although I like a little delay when i solo REAL talent shines through with a guitar into and amp without a bunch of effects covering up imperfections done end of story! Excellent demo

I use the Halo in Praise and Worship situations at least one Sunday an month, while playing with my cover band, recording in my home studio and just about everywhere I go with my guitar. I literally won't leave the house without it lol!

I have this pedal. It sounds great. I just use the Halo preset. That's it. IF it's good enough for Andy it's good enough for me! God bless you guys and I always enjoy your work. I love Andy Timmons work and his beautiful spirit. I would love to meet him one day.

As a guitarist/musician who has played in praise and worship groups, wanted to give you appropriate props for this well done video on an swiftly well-known, soon-to-be classic pedal. Adore the POD in the background 😊. Still a huge Line 6 pre-sale-of-Co. fan: have POD I(installed 2.0 chip), xt/ - all with pedalboards - and xt3. Not as hot for Helix, but I am a “pedal man” at heart, and out of the studio … Giggled seeing the Guv’nor pedal, as with my PODs, the worship team “leader” - as opposed to the Holy Spirit - was after me frequently to eradicate Any sort of gain/distortion😂. I am almost positive, from my time as a staff songwriter and frequent session guitarist/Musician in Nashvegas TN, that the Spirit lead me to the minimal amounts of drive I applied as the songs attempted to breathe and grow in Praise and enthusiasm for the Lord… Call me quirky/eccentric … I’ve been called worse.😊 May God bless you as you praise Him and help others to sense His presence even more powerfully in worship. @@DM-pf6om Much of this can be adjusted to taste. I have one patch that's fixed at 108bpm for a generic delay and another that responds to midi clock. Higher grit gives less definition, less grit makes delays more prominent. Delay: Dual Physical Knobs: Repeats-12:00, Mix- 10:00, Filter-7:00(off) Grit-11:00, Speed-10:00, Depth-1:00 Time (if no MIDI clock) ~108bpm Parameters: Time2: 3/4 Repeats2: |:||:| Mix2: Track (maybe better to mess with this) HiPass: off Config: series (delays cascade into each other rather than ping pong) Tap Div: Quarter

I replaced my Timeline with the Halo and love it. I'm not a tap dancer so I added a midi controlled tempo clock to tap the tempo in for me.

Hey Richard! Would you mind sharing on how you were able to achieve that tap tempo through midi with the Halo?? This is so cool man!! I own a SA Nemesis Delay and Collider for wet effects, my Nemesis started glitching, pretty much everyone else in our worship owns the Strymon Timeline and stuff, but Im stubborn and want to have My own sound if that makes sense? I've been looking at the Halo to have another delay in my board. Thanks man! Sorry about the backstory LOL

What things can be done that cannot be done with flashback2? I know this is a dual delay, but I'm talking about the types of delays. Also keep in mind that one is not playing a chord or an arpeggio all the time, and letting it sound,,,in real use, these pedals are more discreet. That is why I am asking. The idea of ​​watching so many videos with the Halo, makes me feel, that my Flashback2, is not even half of that, haha
