Much as I prefer the 90s cars, I’d wager there would be seconds per lap difference between the active suspension era Williams and even the backmarkers of today. Modern aero, gearboxes, etc. is just too advanced. Qualifying tyres might make up the gap but

93 cars were slower about 5-8 seconds per lap - when you look at tracks that didnt change trough years. Even without DRS, modern F1 car is much faster. Better grip, more power, better power delivery, better steering, better downforce and more torque. 93 car has only two advantages and that is its active suspension and lower weight, but that is not enough to level the playfield. This video is far far from reality.

Surely the only reason the FW15C was ahead for so long was because it got the jump at the start and it wasn't possible to overtake it through the corners

Today's F1 cars have more downforce, which means they are faster in all corners, the old F1 cars in the corners are like a pig, trunks like a mule compared to the current Formula 1 cars.

Could you do Manual vs experimental CVT lap time on FW15? From a documentation, their test driver said the car feels faster because it's changing the gear itself & at the peak of it's power at all time.

If I'm not mistaken, the CVT transmission allows simulated gear changes. The gears were not actually changed, but gears 1 to 6 were shown on the display for the driver and it was also possible to hear the sound of the changes.

The 2023 car is heavier, but has more downforce, better brakes, better tires, and quicker shifting gearbox. The 90's car is lighter and smaller and probably quicker in a straight line, but less grip.

Eu considero que o 23 ficou preso metade da volta por causa do trecho de curvas. Em voltas separadas o 23 deve ser pelo menos 2s mais rápido.

The new cars just handle better and have better brakes. In a straight line, the older car might be faster but F1 cars don’t race in a straight line. The only exception is the 2004 Ferrari with current slick tires. It’s simply unbeatable.
