There's something wrong here. 2022+ cars are quicker in the straights than the 2017-2021 cars because they have less drag and they're quicker in the high speed corners. The W11 should be like 1 to 1.5s quicker overall but the difference in this video is outrageous lmao.

W11 is fast butwon't beat 2024 cars as qualifying times were not representative in 2023-2024 due to rain. 2024 FP3 time was 1:42:2 which is only one second slow and we all know Q1-Q3 would be a second faster. Compare the fastest laps, W11 was 1:47;4 and 2024 time was 1:44:7. Even in 20 laps W11 is not catching the top 3 cars but admin is mapping the car as per what they set in qualifying. idioits

Did you take into account that almost all of spa was resurfaced? To understand this, the pole lap in the 24 hours of spa 2024 was 3 seconds faster than the pole 2023, with the same tire compounds and almost the same weather and track conditions, just because of the new asphalt, You can take the times of Silverstone, hungaroring, Monza, Imola, Austria, bahrain, and if you look at the average is almost 1.8 seconds faster than the cars 2024

@ yeah but Spa is one the circuits which shows the aero efficiency of these cars. It’s not shown in every track. Qatar GP you can see where the have very high speed turns. Jeddah as well coz on these tracks the 2024 car is faster than W11. Circuits with low speed turns and heavy braking zones 2021 cars were faster as they had low speed mid speed grip and downforce.

Bullshit video spa qualifying this year was wet do not comparable but the pole in 2022 was 1:44.297 by Sainz. The first year in the new rules. Lewis pole in the w11 was 1:41.252 difference of 3 seconds, and with the development in 2024 the gap would be way less near to zero, never enough to overtake the whole field in two laps.
