I sold off my 300 Brittannias and converted them to 10 oz Britannia bars. I took a small loss on the deal but was what it was.

Love those Brit 10’s, though! I reallllllly want to snag one of those 100oz Brit bars. They’re amazing in person. I just don’t care for that large of a silver bar.

I think if silver finally cuts loose, premiums will pretty much go to zero and it'll all be counted in oz. I ended up with 24 brittannia bars, 2 sunshine mints and 4 RCM 10 oz bars. The 1 oz Britannia coins were about the biggest disappointment I could imagine as I thought they would rival Eagles. Typical bad luck for me.

Couldn't agree more, just added eight more 2 oz kangaroos to my stack. I also stacked heavy in Britannia's for years. However beyond looking at them and counting them when I first got them, put them into tubes then into the safe I've never really looked at them since. I probably should go back and check it out. I have a few of the Ten Oz. Tudors and have no milk-spot issues within the year I've had them. The 2024 10 Oz Britannia Coin is excellent. The security effects are gorgeous in the large-format, as are the Tudor Beast chain background. The bullion is great for stacking, but their premium silver, limited editions and proofs are where they shine. I put their PFs up there with Monnaie de Paris-level quality. I have flawless bullion grade Brits going back to the .958 days. Please put your unc bullion in proper capsules if you want your RM stackers best preserved...and for the love of the Queen, don't handle them. RULE BRITANNIA!

In maybe look into one of the 10’s. They look amazing. I only have one Brit 10 still in the mint packaging. Waiting on some new capsules to come in. Everything else is encapsulated!

The awful spotting on the Britanias is unacceptable. I don't blame you for shifting focus. It wasn't always that way. Also, some private dealers won't give you spot silver price if you have spotted coins, and you want to unload them. Those folks are wrong.

Yep I gave up on the 1 oz Britannia, a beautiful coin, but the milk spots were a kill. I have several 10 oz. bars and they have held up real well!

Brits were my favorite stacker for 1oz. Beautiful design, best security features on any bullion coin, lower premiums…and milkspots. Damn shame, really. Done with ‘em until they get better.

Yeah-that Royal Canadian Mint needs some Guy Fawkes action after petering out on the Creatures of the North series. I was REALLY looking forward to doing a tube with that one and all I have in the tube now is a duet! 😡
