Can the S.D.A Church Authority be Defied? || Does The God of heaven and Church leadership have equal Authority on the gospel commission?
We are to recognize human government as an ordinance of divine appointment, and teach obedience to it as a sacred duty, within its legitimate sphere. But when its claims conflict with the claims of God, we must obey God rather than men. God's word must be recognized as above all human legislation. A “Thus saith the Lord” is not to be set aside for a “Thus saith the church” or a “Thus saith the state.” The crown of Christ is to be lifted above the diadems of earthly potentates". GW 389.2

Greetings, Br. Kudzai: I am reminded of my long drawn case of employment discrimination because of the Sabbath as you speak and teach passionately to distinguish between a thus saith the LORD vs a thus saith church/state/whoever. The GC lawyer tried to compromise me, the corporation tried to bribe me, the courts willfully delayed my case for 8 years with the hopes that I would tire and take the bribe. They even sent a judge to bully and intimidate into submission. I remembered the disciple who betrayed Christ for 30 shekels and I held my ground. May the LORD help us to stand though the heavens fall, is my prayer. Amen

Catholic trinitarianism needs be unlearned. The Wilson dynasty brought in that Catholicsm apostacy, along with the World Council of Churches logo. Return 3 angels logo. Read your bibles more closely. There is only one God, Yahweh, the Father. There is only one way to the Father, through His Son, Yeshua/Jesus's blood sacrifice and ressurrection. We receive the gift of His Holy Spirit to indwell us and to purify and strengthen is for His good work. The Holy Spirit is not a person. It is the Spirit of God. To grieve the Spirit is to not obey it's urgings to action which, in effect, denies its power and is basically faithlessness.

I agree about the fact that God places the government authorities in their place and that they are due all respect and obedience as far as it doesn't go against God's instructions (example: censorship). But, i heartily disagree that infiltration of apostacy to corrupt our leadership is also by the will of God. Contrarily, it is prophesied and cautioned about, and we are instructed to study so as to be spproved and not misled because Yah knows the beginning to the end. Aren't those warnings to inspire us to be "Luthers,' calling out apostasy and guarding the integrity of Yah's name? (Watchmen of Ezekiel 33) I obey God rather than men when the law of God contradicts them.
