Fun fact :- Many people don’t know this (to my knowledge) but UL UI Sign Goku can evade the blast counter + blue with his evading gauge. Plus point he has the same effect as ULMV he nullifies endurance upto 10 timer counts on main ability(so if you are lucky you can lock in UL Vegeta press the main ability and just rush)

Nah they know it but Ultra UI is aged out. Only people in lower tiers or who play casually will probably use him. Aside from his 3 free get out of jail cards, his defense isn’t as good as it was. He can die easily.

No they should not, it's a team building game and limiting to one ultra would massively decrease the amount of teams that would be viable, take future for example, the only reason it exists right now is because of UVB and Urose
