The fact that Nana is upset about "nearly" losing her sight is because she wouldn't be able to see her beloved grandsons again REALLY UPSETING ME AS WELL. He speaks to his children in English all the time off-camera. He's also shared in an interview that the books and movies the boys are surrounded with are mostly in English. I think the problem is that he's not always around, because he has to work, so the kids are mainly with their eomma and halmeoni who both speak Korean (you can see it on their Instagram). But William is slowly figuring English out, and Sam said we can expect his English skills to grow by leaps and bounds soon.
