Can They Tell the Difference? A Blind Taste Test of Ribeye Steaks

We conducted a blind test with four participants, having them try three different types of ribeye steaks, each from a different source: Costco, 5 Star Butcher Shop, and Walmart. The challenge was for participants to identify the source of each steak, with all steaks prepared in the same way and seasoned with the same signature ingredient-August Steak Salt. Did they guess right?

It's a great technique, you should give it a try! By the time you remove the salt, it will have done the job flavoring the meat. Thanks for watching the video!
