Hi Aspect, A researcher has shown that neurological damage by Mercury is one of the causes of Alzheimer. He did tests with mercury on rats. It showed the rats brain deteriorated the same as in a person with Alzheimers disease. Since Alzheimer disease is in our country(NL) rising to number 1 problem, maybe you want to learn more about it. This researcher also developed a chelator making detoxing safer. It's very well explained in this video: "Evidence of Harm 2020" docu. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o6imeKKCbNCgic0

Sorry, kid. Cannot speak about tuna without speaking about dental filling made with mercury (the "silver" one). As for tuna, the human body can excrete mercury in the range of 5 microgram per day. Start there. EPA cannot help because mercury damage differs dramatically on where mercury lands in the human body. How about mercury chelation? No MD will help you and you'll have to find alternate sources which, as you may suspect, will differ in their approaches and results. Sorry again, no predatory fish for me, tuna or salmon. You did not say a thing about the fish being able to metabolize and excrete mercury but humans cannot. Frankly, you should pull this vid. Are you calling your subscribers the Herd? Check on symptoms of mercury poisoning. Hint: You will not find it in your blood. Mercury is the top neurotoxin.

Hey Tom, thanks for the extremely informative video. And I was really proud to see a product from my country on your channel. I have a slight question though. What does generation of consuming tuna do to a community I mean as a maldivian it's probably the most basic staple in my country and we eat a lot more than that recommended amount per week. And I think that's true for my ancestors as well. So my question is does this lead to health problems in the long term or does adaptation happen over time. We've been living here historically for around 2500 years which I know in evolutionary terms is a heart beat but there have been instances of more drastic adaptations. And so I've just always wondered but I've never found a satisfactory answer.
