I feel kind of bad for Leffen, after he blamed PT for his own shortcomings, Pandarian appears, SweetT appears, Wishes as well and now even Tweek's not only taking tournaments with PT, but with Roy as well. This is why i would never bash Leo for using Joker, no character can carry you through Ultimate. It's the players who do the carrying now, how it was always supposed to be

Leo gets a substantial boost from joker because of how good he is at not taking cheese damage and how strong he is with conversions. Not everyone is gonna be good with joker, but hes insane in the right hands

He blamed PT for being harder to play than most top tiers, which is true, and not wanting to take the time needed to reach that level. He also said that he'd love to see someone else do it at some point, but that he wouldn't be the one. So, yeah, saying he "blamed" PT is wrong when he clearly admitted he didn't want to put the time needed to make the character good.

Luigi is at worst a lower mid tier, he just has too much to be ranked any lower. I'm not even talking about cyclone or the 0-deaths, he has incredible edgeguarding, a good projectile, an fantastic zair and up-smash, the low lag on his Aerials gives him surprisingly good shield pressure and up-b out of parry or just for general punishes is incredibly powerful.
