Mam iam suffering from endometriosis problem from last 3 yrs iam not getting my periods regularly last period was in Dec 2023 until now I didn't got my periods even my stomach is boalting not getting proper motions but iam taking tablets called as endoplus from3 yrs bcos of which I don't have any pain can you help.me to.know why iam not constipation problem and my stomach stomach is boalting .pls help me 🙏

Hello mam Namaste my age is 34 years. I had a surgery for endometriosis 7 months ago. My uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes were removed. I have not been able to return to my routine life yet. I mean I have a lot of pain during sex. So much that I can't bear it. When I asked my doctor, she said that the pain is due to dryness in the vagina.
