Prof. Kak mixed up two stories. One Vedic about the creation of Rudra and creation of Mrigashira + Rohini nakshatra Yuga Tara with Pauranic of the killing of Daksha Prajapati by Vira Bhadra and his subsequent resuscitation by Shiva by transplanting a Goats head. Both stories have respective astronomical connotations.
