Bro i completed my btech graduation in IT from gne college and our college is NBA accredited but many people told that now Australian govt did not accept college degree they only university degree for 476 visa is this news true??

I want to know about 476 visa. Is there any change in requirements as my degree falls under NBA India and Washington accord and seniors went on same degree from my college to Australia. I heard that from august 2023 now only accredited university students can lodge visa and college students are not eligible anymore. Is this true ? I have 6.5 bands in IELTS and confused that whether I should file visa or not ( as My degree is from a college).

Hey your maternal or paternal uncle can can also add up as a sponsor but not the one who is not related to you with blood, so you can take help from those who is related to you with blood and have a direct relationship with you..
