The lack of a shark tail is a feature of many interpretations, however easily the most popular is the Jurrasic Park/World mosasaurus, which just has the lizard tail instead of shark tail. If i had to guess, he was just using the jurrasic world mosa as a reference during the building process, hence why he called it a dino. The coloration of his mosa is also the same blue-gray cover light-gray belly pattern present on the jurrasic world mosa, though other more realistic interpretations tend to have similar colors anyway. In my opinion his design looks more similar to Kronosaurus, if it was put on the stretcher for a few hours lol

Underwater walkers are underrated in melee. Being able to eliminate an entire side that your enemies are able to attack from leaves your build much more room to defend/attack from the sides that do matter. Basically you can have a glass belly and a really well defended topside. A crab is the perfect build for it actually, since youve essentially got two snapping jaws for hands, and i assume theyd be articulated with mostly free range of motion if theyre the main weapon. Think of a stegosaurus in a corner, with its tail facing outward. Theres no way to attack it safely, since that big spiky tail will just kill you if you get close, and the vulnerable parts are covered by the walls. Thats what the crab would be doing. Plus unless the other players make their fins have really low strength hinges, those fins would scrape against the ground and break off really easily, making attacks from the side almost impossible unless you go the submarine route of no moving parts, like the angler in this video.

i've told my mates about an idea, its vtol aircraft with aiming servos that when you enter vtol it activates the servo so you can look around and aim, when you exit vtol it deactivates the servo so its in one position. They said "it would be a good idea it will be very hard to execute it"

As powerful as your bite was, you had a very weak head that also contained your seat, so every time you got off a bite you were at risk of a mutually assured destruction as your head took massive damage and either decapitated or left your seat wide open to be shot.

Would be really cool to see a melee weapons update. Something that adds maces, swords, axes, etc. Even a flame thrower would be cool to see added. Would make melee fights more fun.

While i dont think theyd really do this, since youd kind of have to build your build around the scale of the weapons instead of your preferred scale, it would be neat to have specific melee tools that are explicitly "Blade: Pointy! Does more damage than your average block." Since, currently, the only block stats that matter for melee are durability and weight. A better change though (or just a change they could make alongside adding the blade blocks) would be to just make pointy blocks like wedges and cones act how you would think they would, rather than being less than half as effective as their full block counterparts for melee. Since the steering hinge has the best durability besides that one space seat thats invincible, its automatically the best melee block. Now that i think of it, they kinda remind me of the points on a chainsaw, i wonder if its possible to build a chainsaw out of them 🤔

Seeing something stealth related might be interesting. If I remember correctly the new map had some tall grass so you could make something to blend in it and try to spot the others ant take them out. Low block count probably works best. Idk if you can completely hide name tags though, so that may be a problem.

Multiplayer idea: on the bottom ends of the map with 2 carriers there are islands the unique thing about these islands are that the waves go onthe island on intense so 2 people make an oil rig thing where it has to be anchored to the island and has 2 turrents while the other people make boats that have 1 turrent and since the waves go on the island the players can choose to make boats to just land on the island and have better accuracy also boats have no auto aim

If youre talking about the articulated movement, its basically just like a centipede, with multiple segmented body parts that have a low strength hinge in between each one to allow for that free movement. To make it turn organically, you can set all the hinges to lower speeds and make their angles small towards the middle and a little bit bigger towards the front and back, then have them all bound to movement controls. If youre talking about the jaw, it looks to be a few stacked rotating servos for high speed and power. The snake-like slithering motion that you see in many aquatic builds tends to happen naturally when you lower the hinge strengths, however if the effect isnt there or is too small, it can also be recreated with logic by doubling up the hinges, having one for left, one for right, setting them to auto-reset, and having one activate on a delay after the other, while the other one pauses, or you could get the same effect with a single hinge per segment if you introduce a couple Or Gates with offset delays/pauses/durations. The main problem i have with aquatic builds however is that you need them to be big, but the propellers to push them are really weak, so you need so many propellers. have most of your main propellers in the head, so you dont get much fish-tailing from the tail (where the tail gets pushed all over the place, making the build hard to control). And always remember trailing aerodynamics are extremely important in the water, sometimes moreso than forward aerodynamics, so never leave any red aeros besides places where its impossible to cover up, like some rotating servos tend to be.
