I don’t know if I will recover completely but thankfully I’ve recovered about 98% and I live a normal life. Do not let anyone disappoint you

So confusing, I’m never quite sure what I have. Basically I’ve never had balance issues ever, until I had a bad reaction to anti-inflammatory pill back in March. Got super dizzy, stopped taking them. Doc said to go back on them for back pain, ever since then I’ve felt really unsteady, plus even derealisation for over a month. I found this lovely lady who is a balance therapist and as soon as I started doing the exercises I felt markedly better after just 2 weeks. Almost back to normal. Then last week I was working under a car and for the first time ever I had severe vertigo. Not I’m back to feeling unsteady again. I thought it was pppd the whole time, but you’re saying it is never isolated so I wonder what I have? Doesn’t seem to fit menieres or VM. Even though I do get a blocked full ear one every two years or so. (Since the Covid jab). Maybe it’s been bppv all along. I’m so confused.
