It’s our first INDOOR bouldering episode! We head to Bloc 11 with local crusher, Georgi Dorward who undertakes the daunting task of teaching us how to dyno.

Very nice video! Personally, I can't agree with the last piece of advice though. Maybe I use more force to push from legs, or have longer reach, but I've already had many cases when overshooting the dyno just lead straight to failing the boulder. So it's about finding the perfect balance between getting to the hold but no further. But I agree with your point about the mental visualization being an important tool 🧠
