I got cold sores as a kid and will always carry the virus. Typically the virus is dormant, but it can spread with an outbreak. However, once the sores scab over, I don't think they are contagious anymore. But I usually still wait to be completely healed before kissing someone.

At this point they just pretend to put their mind's at ease. But that's with most people. For example, people will pretend they care about cleanliness when it comes to food, but most of the time eat trash made in trash environments, unhygienic fastfood restaurants, etc. Out of sight out of mind, it gives people the option to pretend, since only the smallest percentage actually cares and goes the extra mile.

Coke is intended to be served over ice. It’s not nearly as good if not cold and fizzy. I participated in the Coke vs Pepsi challenge for the commercials in the 90s (my comments never aired). I pointed out they were serving both drinks at room temperature and flat. While I could easily identify which was which they asked which tasted better... neither were good, but as the flat Pepsi was sweeter it edged out. Pepsi and other colas tend to be overly sweet when compared to Coke which tastes much better when served as intended.

Actually coke was "invented" in the time when it wasn't common to have refrigerators and was intended to be drunk at room temp meanwhile Pepsi was developed with the intention of icing it. Pepsi is made sweeter because your tastebuds are not great at tasting when something is cold.

@@spicyyellowpickles7025 I enjoy La Croix as well but mostly certain flavours. I feel like people expect too much out of it tbh. But I'm saying this as a person that also enjoys plain unflavoured seltzer a lot so I'm not bothered by the subtle flavours or "absence of flavour" as some would like to call it haha. My favourite seltzer brand is Polar though. They have a bunch of fun and unique flavours and they keep em coming too. Hopefully you can find them where you live but I know they're sold at Walmart for sure. I'd like to think that any majour grocery store would carry it but their website probably has a stock locator. Highly recommend you seek it out! Also Trader Joes's brand of seltzer is pretty good too but they only have like 5-6 flavours with the eventual possibility of new limited flavours.
