I've noticed that apart from his dulcet tone, Flinter always pronounces names correctly, eg being "beceite" ibex. Its admirable, some creators can't even pronounce simple words like "truncated".

English isn't even my first language but I treat all other languages with respect and will always put effort in to learn more and be more respectful. But apparently that's too much brain-work for the average youtuber..........

I love the gemsbok. Since I have so many diamonds of them (including 4 max score ones 3 female and 1 male) plus two gold golds, I don't hunt them anymore. I think you have inspired me to go on a gemsbok hunt soon!

Yeah one of my favorite trophies I've shot in the game was my Gold Gold Gemsbok, was fairly close to diamond also, the only thing for me that tops it out of all my trophies is my Albino Sika, put at least 30-40 hours into getting it and it's so awesome! He has inspired me to also go on a Gemsbok grind lol looking for a diamond male too, have 2 females but never even cared to try for make, didn't think they could reach diamond. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your content, I just love everything you do, especially your classic content. I think it's because you just are you and play the game, no over the top fake excitement, no great one every other video, or super rares etc, you just play the game like us regulars and take what you find. Cannot stress just how much I appreciate this style of content. I used to watch others also but after watching others have their videos so focused on grinding or diamonds/super rares so much it just made me lose what I loved about the game, which is just picking a starting/ending point and hunting through there just seeing what the game brings my way. Honestly I may never get a great one of any type but I'm okay with that, I don't want to sell my sole or get stuck grinding for one and lose what made me live the game in the first place.

Completely agree man. 👍 A super channel for cotw. I don't really understand why people concentrate on diamonds etc, I just enjoy walking through the forest taking whatever comes, it's not space invaders: only about score, it's relaxing and pleasant if you want it to be. 😊

How about if you don’t want to see anything, just don’t watch the early access videos? How does it ruin anyone’s fun? No one is being forced to watch the early access content, same as no one is being forced to watch the EW streams etc about the map before release.

I totally understand this perspective. I used to avoid EWs reveal streams to experience the map for myself. I always try to make a guide (or several) during early access so that it can be useful for people and not *just* spoilers in that sense. Some people can’t wait for creator early access, some totally avoid it. That’s totally fine 😁

I personally have to see early access from games today, you can't trust any of these devs anymore, Alot of trailers now days are cgi and not in engine or actual gameplay, they have so many tricks to get you to open the wallet now that I won't do it until I see it played by someone whose opinion I value and people who haven't sold out and would give honest info. Nothing against people that don't wanna see anything, I used to be that way, but with how gaming is today, and the prices just rising and rising, I need to see my money is going towards something worth it or I won't give my money until I do. Sad that it has gotten to that but it is what it is.

Also on a somewhat on topic point, the great one Tahr picture has gotten me worried, the lions manes/hair were god awful and broken for a very long time and in this pic of the Tahr it seems to have that same issue, hopefully that's an early in development placeholder model because if it's not, after a year of development on this map, that worries me for other things.
