If my comment on alien crystals was still confusing heres how they work. A percentage magnification affects the stats of an enemy. All aliens are given a 600% stat buff For example. A lemurr with no treasures at 100% magnification will be given a 600% buff which brings it to 700% which is 7x dmg, hp and pretty sure also money drop when killed. Crystals will lower the buff they normally have, so if u have a crystal at 50% power, itll bring the added buff from 600% to 550%. Once u get all 6, 2 from each into the future chapter, aliens will no longer have an extra 600% stat buff along with their given magnification. Btw there is a other varient of aliens called star aliens which appear in cats of the cosmos. They all have a extra 1500% buff to their stats. Pretty sure they have the 600% extra stat buff for being an alien aswell. There are treasures to lower the buffs tho.

The red stages are special events in the Stories of Legend chapter. They can give you XP, Cat Food, Cat Fruit, Battle Power-ups, and even new Cat Units. Some of these stages can be difficult so you might have to replay a few times or upgrade your cats.

Tip for exp management, most cats are basically useless at level 1. I notice that you keep using ubers at low levels, for example bahamut cat at level 1 only does 12500 damage, but at level 20 he does almost 5x as much at 60000 damage. You should avoid levelling up cats that you arent going to use and try your best to get your ubers and super rares to at least tolerable levels like 15 before using them. Rare cats dont need to be as high level (but still not level 1) until you get their true forms because a lot of them dont have great stats to begin with, and are mainly there to debuff units. Also I don't know if you ever showed it, but make sure that you have every empire of cats treasure from all 3 chapters, its pretty much required in every future stage throughout the game.

The moon is the last level of the chapter and it’s honestly nothing compared to what you’ll experience in the next 2 chapters. Also that little shield that appeared when you fought the queen pig just meant that your cats are immune to wave attacks. About that alien clionel boss, you’ll have to start getting more treasures and getting your cats upgraded even more but more importantly those treasures cuz they work wonders.

Heres some tips. Cooldown Cat is NOT good. Only use it when you get his true form, which requires you to beat ITF chapter 3 first, and appears on the 22nd day on exactly 2:22 pm or am as an event stage. You should focus on using anti aliens in ITF since most stages contain aliens. Psychocat is good. What Lucas was saying is that he isn't very good for damage, but his procs are very good at stopping enemies. I recommend that you try to get his true form immediately. He even gets zombie targeting and weaken proc with talents. Also, Rover Cat and Surfer Cat are also very good. These two should be your top priority. Brainwashed Flying is great for traitless. As a generalist though, hes pretty bad. Bahamut Cat isn't very good. He has good burst damage but not very good dps. Also your Bahamut is insanely underleveled and wont do much. Becomes very good in true form, but that requires ITF Chapter 3 beaten. To simplify treasures, they basically weaken the enemies and increase your overall damage output against those enemies. With the alien crystal unlocked, you will have a much easier time dealing with aliens. There is also another one you have to collect. Kasli has wave immunity. Thats what the blue shield is. Brainwashed Bird also has wave immunity. You should interact with the cat in the event menu. If you get all his questions right, he will reward you with 777 catfood. Lets talk about the ubers you got... You are so unbelievably lucky bro... Raiden is solid. Only good in true form, as it gains strong against red. Talents are pretty good, and can counter an annoying enemy you will encounter in UL (hint: surge spam) Lasvoss is insanely good in true form, however you will only acquire it in the late game as it requires a Gold Catfruit (I HEAVILY ADVISE YOU THAT YOU SHOULD SAVE THAT GOLD CATFRUIT FOR LASVOSS.) He does insanely high damage, paired with his overpowered talents and insane potential, he might be one of your best ubers, if not your absolute best. He isnt very good before true form, though. Also apart of an overpowered cat combo. Carrowsell is bad. Dont invest in them.

Every single cat in battle cats are used against specific enemies. For into the future there are A LOT of aliens so you need to use cats that can do massive amounts of damage against them(Don't forget about other enemies too). Also, try grinding xp from special stages and use it to upgrade your cats to the max. Upgrading your cats to true form can be very useful(Depending on who you upgrading)

So the reason you saw boogie cost 50 but then 75 is because of how the costs work in the different chapters. Empire of Cats Chapter 2 and every other chapter/stage in the game uses the costs your used to (boogie being 75 and kasli being 4800 etc). The only exceptions are Empire of Cats chapter 1 and 3, 1 uses cheaper prices and 3 uses more expensive prices.

Explanation for the New York stage. The boss for this stage, Elizabeth LVI, has an ability called wave attack. If a unit with wave attacks lands an attack a secondary attack with equal power will activate. Wave attack looks like either purple or blue geyser of energy. For wave attack it will travel 100 range per level of wave. Wave level is unique to each unit but is hidden. Wave attacks obliterate meatshields, so I'd advise sending out bulkier units such fish or titan cats to tank damage instead. The reason some of your Units had blue shields is that both Kasli and Brainwashed UFO have an ability (wave immune) which makes them immune from wave damage and effects. Brain washed UFO also has an ability called mini wave which functions the same as wave but does 20% damage. Kasli does not have a wave ability she has an ability called Surge which is a conversation for another day.

An *EASY* explaination for Crystal treasures: Aliens' attack power is typically scaled up by 700% without treasures being activated. Activating a crystal treasure in full superior lowers them by 100%. It is important to activate them while fighting through future stages. There are also fruit treasures which inceases the effectiveness of your cat's abilites to a specific enemy trait like weaken, massive damage etc. (I did my best to explain this in layman's terms)

Mike, flower cat (cooldown cat) is pretty much useless if it's not in its true form, because it does little to no damage and has a really small freeze chance, the true form is unlockable after beating into the future chapter 3, on the 2nd and 22nd of any month at exactly 2:22 PM there will be a special stage in "legend stages" where you will unlock the true form, but until then use the free slot for a unit that does a lot of damage to black enemies, like weightlifter cat

Small tip for the boss(Cli-One) It's trait is floating and alien its range is 760 so be careful about that part Spam Castways as much as you can with meatshields then, try to time your ubers so they don't get hit by the boss Also try to get the crazed cats mainly crazed cat and tank, the units I recommend is Kasli, D'arktanyan ,Bahamut, and dragon cat The crazed tank stage appears on the 6th and the 27th of every month. So for leveling up your cats, you should try your hardest to only level up a cat if you can get it to a multiple of 10, upgrading a cat to level 4-5 isn't going to make it usable and it can kinda be a waste of xp, you're learning a lot really quickly though, keep it up! Also WeightLifter cat is very good against black enemies and is even better than some of the anti-black ubers!

Quick tips: You shouldn't use lvl 1-14 cats unless they're CC units (crowd control) due to them having almost no damage and health. Also you shouldn't upgrade CC units, like psychocat, witch cat etc. Unless you want to use their true form, since CC units stats don't matter much because they're usually used only for their abilities. One great tip is to not use cooldown cat. Only use him in his true form. Cooldown cat is single target, has low range, low hp and his freeze is like a 20% chance. A much better choice would be weightlifter cat. He has very high damage and his damage is 3x effective against black enemies (4x if you have all treasures). He is also very tanky and can be used outside of stages with black enemies. Hope these tips help!

The first rares you should evolve with cat fruit are cameraman, jurassic, or ramen. Cameraman cat is a mid-ranged attacker that when stacked can tear through enemies. Jurassic cat can preform critical hits. Ramen cat is a great meat shield because of its high health and resistance to angels.

The blue shield appearing on Kasli shows that she has an immunity to wave attacks inflicted by the blue pig. Wave attacks serves as secondary attack when their main attack has been hit. Also for black enemies, Weightlifter cat is the best cat to counter them as it deals massive damage to black enemies in a wide area.

1) I highly recommend getting swimmer cat upgraded as the boss is both alien and floating not only does swimmer cat deal good damage to the boss itll do good damage to normal enemies 2) You should really use wheel cat he is great for groups of enemies like the group of enemies at 30:00 3) lasvoss is an insanely strong uber having the highest potential damage in the game! he does that amount when true formed level 30 and has his damage effect up which activates after taking a certain amount of damage 4) after chapter 1 I wouldnt recommend doing much more ITf ( into the future) I did this same thing where I played ITF and got stuck for a bit played SOL ( stories of legend) stopped and played more ITF it has become incredibly hard to progress past anything at my point in time now and I regret it very much. 5) after you get the first special unit from SOL it is good to go back to ITF after ITF play more SOL and then go back to the next story mode and also try to play XP stages inside of the Legend stages menu they will come on at certain days and times they will have mostly black traited enemies near the end stages they will cost lots of energy but will be worth when not recording 5) Weightlifter cat is crazy good for black enemies he is super rare so he will cost a chunk of XP he will help lots if he is meatshielded he has very close range. 6) more meat shields are great to have but when you are meat shielding use all at once durring Las Vegas you were trying to use only 2 of the 3 you have if you plan to only use 2 take the third out and replace him with someone else. If you know the stage wont spawn enemies till a little after the start try not to meat shield till they spawn and get around halfway across the map it helps with buying the more expensive powerhouse units to clean up the early push. 7) the little cats are slow but are still great meatshields and if you are meatshielding but need to save its fine your passive income will slowly gain you money even while meatshielding especially if the enemy isnt pushing back that lets you keep sending out the meatshileds till you eventually get enough money for the ubers or someone to clean up the enemies you are stalling. If the enemies are pushing you back DONT PANIK depending on where the enemy is you can keep meatshielding and once they get close to your base you should have enough money to buy someone to kill them 8) the icon in the bottom left is not something that gives you money it spends money to increase the max money you can have so at the start of the round you can only have 4000 if you upgrade it using the bottom left icon itll cost money but itll make your max money 5000 and so on getting more expensive each upgrade.

For cli one, or the moon stage, bring swimmer cat and replace someone with him, not bahamut cat tho bahamut needs to be maxxed out, swimmer deals massive damage against floating, try maxxing out swimmer and bahamut cat. Also cooldown cat is comepletely useless here, bring back rover cat its strong against aliens. And once again, the worst thing in battle cats, treasure grinding, get all the superior treasures that you can get, even if its painful. This might not result in a 100% win, but try this and your chances of success are very much likely.(like and comment so bijuu mike notices)

Important tips for moon get every treasure from into the future and even more importantly GRIND CATFRUIT getting the true form of swimmer cat/butterfly cat as it's insanely good against floating and can get into cli-onel's blind spot easily also has really good dmg in general. Evolving castaway to seafarer is also good as it survives a lethal strike every time helping it get into the blindspot and keep your stack easier paris's true is good as it is stackable and good damage . Another thing is only bring out close range units and not long range units if your seafarer stack isn't good enough to perma freeze the boss . Also don't use cool down cat it's a waste of a slot only use it once you get the true form: bomber car the way you get it is by playing a stage in the legend stages NOT STORIES OF LEGEND DO NOT GET THEM MIXED UP it's available on the 22nd of every month on 2:22 pm and you have like 2 minutes to play the stage don't worry about the loadout the stage is easier that Korea. Should've said this earlier but catfruit stages are available in the legend stages area and a different one is available every day on weekend all of the are available or catfruit buffet is make sure you grind the every day but prioritize the catfruits for the true forms. Don't spend xp on ubers except good ubers like kasli but don't overspend as you'll be wasting xp . You can get xp easily by doing xp stage it has mostly black enemies but not very hard ones, don't do any other xp stage as they're to hard for you . One last tip NEVER use cat tickets on catfruit or catseyes only on the normal gach as you can farm rare tickets that way because let's say you max out the + lvls of cat cannon power the duplicates will go towards rare tickets and if you get 5 dupes doesn't matter what it'll give 1 rare ticket

Hey Mike! You got insanely lucky at the start with all the ubers. The one called lavoss is the unit with the highest damage in the game when he is leveled up and evolved. He has a very slow cool down but insane damage. Try to only use him on stages with a single, powerful boss like the moon since he can one shot them most of the time. Also, if you do attempt the crazed cat stage, be sure to bring lavoss since he can kill the boss in a few hits. Hope this helps!

TIP- Solar is generally bad because of his low range. Range is how far until the cats stop moving to start attacking the enemy. Both cats and enemies have range. Solar has a low range so it gets hit by pretty much anything. Have you noticed that Kasli and Kai stand at different spots? Kai is a melee attacker (low range) while Kasli is a midranger (ok range thats outranges majority of the enemies in the game) Kasli also has the Long Distance ability meaning that has a blindspot. A blindspot is a part in her range where she can’t hit enemies. The good side to the ability is that she trades a blindspot for extended range. So she stands at (i think) 350 range but her long distance makes her hit to any enemy in the range of around 250-500. (I may be wrong I dont remember the specific number) Another tip is to look whether cats have single target or area attack. Single target attackers can only hit one enemy in the cat’s range. One example of this is dancing flasher. D. Flasher has a huge damage amount in exchange for single target. Generally when fighting the black doges, you should use D. Flasher instead of cooldown as he is only good in true form. Single target is bad when there are hordes of enemies. This is why everyone says cooldown cat is bad until true form. In true form he gets area target so he can handle hordes of black enemies (a very common sight). Area attackers are attackers who attack every enemy in range. Bahamut Cat is a ranged attacker who has an area attack. He outranges majority of the units you’ve encountered and can kill them when having meat shields protecting him. Tip #3 Some units may target the enemy trait but they are bad at their job. One example of this is Tin cat (a rare cat who can be gotten from the rare cat capsules). Tin cat has Knockback against blacks. This is bad because majority of black enemies have a high knockback count.(how much damage they can take before “jumping back”) The “best” abilities are Strong against (2x health and damage), Resist and insane resist (3x health and 5x health), massive and insane damage (3x and 5x damage), slow (makes enemies move 1 speed (super slow) for a set time), freeze (stop enemy attacks and movement for a set time), wave (make a purple shockwave that extends to set range dealing damage to enemies (enemies can wave too)), surge (what kasli has) (a purple surge of “energy” that deals damage to enemies for a set time (enemies have this too)). You can find cats with said abilities with the filter.

The reason the Black Gory made it past Kasli is because Kasli has something known as a blind spot where even if she attacks, she won't be hitting anything. Preferably you want to make sure the enemies don't enter that blind spot as they can then shred your Kasli like in your one attempt in NASA.

Here are some tips for ya! 1. You have 3 main problems; overthinking, Uber-Carry, Not Researching. - You overthink a lot, you rely on the comments a tad much, while yes they are helpful,, try not to overthink, as it could lead to moments where you think about a comment too hard then complain about it. - Uber-Carrying is a common problem a lot of players get (some say it’s not a problem, but it is). You rely a lot on your Ubers, making you either under level other cats or not understand what other cats do. Try to limit yourself in using either 1 or 2 Ubers and don't focus on them as much - Not researching aligns with Uber Carry, you either forget or neglect other cats, its not all about damage and attacks, some cats are support units, dont trust them for damage, cats like Psychocat are used for their slowing not their damage, so even if it says it good on aliens, don’t rely on their damage. Try to research both the cats and enemies for their stats, uses, and weaknesses, TRUST ME IT HELPS. 2. Upgrade more and Get more Cats, there are many good cats in the game, all having different roles they play. Upgrade most of your cats, even ones you don't use often, you never know they may come in handy. There are certain cats that can be extremely helpful, Salon is one of the most reliable damage dealers, they are spammable, have decent hp and atk, and have decent range. Crazed Bahamut Cat (2nd form) is what we call a “Nuker”, they deal lots of damage, but they need lots of protection, Bahamut is one of the strongest damaging cats. Valkyrie is also a great on to use, decent damage and decent speed, not the best but can def help. 3. Meatshields, again let's talk about meatshields, they are literally a shield of meat. The best meat shields from your loadout are Wall and Macho, try to get Eraser (true form of Wall) which can be done by getting them 10x in the Cat Capsule so that their level is 20+10, they require no Catfruit. Now for certain types, Red’s best (well arguable best) is Fried Shrimp as they are resistant to red making them take less damage from red, but can also weaken the Reds, making them take EVEN LESS damage. For angels, its painter, they are spammable, kinda cheap, and is resistant. Alien, its Rover (well kinda), both his 1st and 2nd form arent the best but decent enough, they do require Macho and Wall assist. Boogie… they are a great 3rd meatshield, same cost as Macho, just slower walk speed. SOmetimes Cat CPU is useful when you need to spam meathsileds (dont rely on it though as it is just an AI) 4. Enemy Types. Enemies have different types, each type has a unique thing about them. - Red: this is one of the only non-unique ones, they are just red - Black: they are rushers, they rush in and deal lots of damage (sometimes Wave attacks can be very useful especially for the bear that would Assassinate EVERYTHING) - Angel: same as black, but they focus on defence and being tanky - Metal: all damage done to them is only 1, no matter how much damage you do, it treats it as 1 damage. However Critical Hits ignore that rule - Aliens: they are just hard enemies, they have no gimmick (for now... [their sub-type "starred" is annoying and difficult as hell]) - Floating: contrary to popular belief, No they don't dodge ground attacks, they just float - There are more types but I just listed all the ones you have encountered. 5. Tips for enemies (especially Aliens) - Read about them, both in the enemy encyclopaedia and wiki, wiki is for stats, while the encyclopaedia can show you their typing and the special gimmicks they can do (look top right-ish) - When you lose in a stage, click it, you can see the enemies, you can only see the enemies if you win or lose - Cat Treasure, get all superiors from EoC (Empire of Cats), and while in the future, get as much as you can to help deal more damage to aliens - Timed Rewards, the future has a timer for every stage, beating them fast gives additional rewards, these rewards can be helpful - Dont focus on every enemy type, if there is a single red in a stage and it’s not the Boss, dont focus on them, rather focus on the ones that deal most trouble, if that doesnt work then focus on Offense and Dfense, using cats like Paris (2nd form of Salon), Bahamut, Valkyrie, Solar, etc. while they get protected by 2-3 meatshields is very amazing, sometimes effects are not always the answer, pure DPS can be good enough. - All enemies are not the same, sometimes a dog could be very easy, but that same dog in a different stage could be boosted by like 1000%, so you might wanna research the stage as sorta like a last resort (as it is scummy) 6. GRIND, yup its time to grind, every day in the events area there are stages for catfruit, they are somewhat difficult, but grinding for catfruit and getting the true forms of cats are extremely helpful, also try to roll the gacha as much as possible (dont just spend catfood all willy-nilly though) to help with upgrades. Next is a great one, Ototo Corps, not alot of people mention them. Play more Stories of Legends and grind materials, get something like the Slow Beam, they are very helpful as they can slow enemies for around half a second letting your cats deal tons of damage. 7. No they are not just "Boss" enemies, sure you fought them as Bosses, but they essentially become just difficult regular enemies, not all variants are bosses, Shy Boy (the red version of the head) isnt a boss, just a tanky rushing idiot, not really a boss. The Great Abyss is the mid-way mini-boss, the actual boss is much harder. (soon even Bun Bun will be a "regular" enemy). The big Wave is the "Boss Wave" pushing all cats back, that is how you can tell it's a boss 8. Luring, its an amazing technique for hard stages , its simple, lure the enemies to your base (even bosses sometimes), and stall them there, upgrade your Wallet to max, the more you upgrade the faster the money gets made while also adding to your total. This luring is great as you can send big attackers and they don't have to travael far to start dealing damage to the boss, and the meatsheilds dont have to travel far and can keep a steady stream. 9. There are Crazed variants of the regular cats, you have 2 Brainwashed variants and a bit of the lil' variants, they all have uses, but Crazed, although very difficult is worth it, they are similar to the regu;ar but much faster and has better stats, thats why the best Meatshiled combo is Eraser and Manic eraser (Manic is 3rd form of Crazed variants), someone fast and tanky that can reach allies that made it far from the map, and someone slow and tanky providing a constant stream, but Manic are too difficult to get in you current state so focus on just their 1st and 2nd from 10. Waves and Surges, waves and Surges are powerful. Some units both allies and enemies can do these (purple if ally, and blue if enemy). A wave is similar to the Cat Cannon, the distance is dependent on wave level (which is found in the stats in wiki), they deal the same amount of damage as the original attack and keeps all the effects. Say an enemy does 1Mil damage and also freezes cats, the wave would deal 1mil damage and freeze cats as well, there are units that can Block Waves, Immune to Waves and Resistante to waves. Resistant means they take less damage, Immune means they take no wave damage, while Block fully blocks the wave cancelling it from travelling far (the best is true form of Sadako Cat). Surges are similar to Waves, however instead of travelling forward, they remain in place and deal continous damage, this can be very useful when fighting an enemy that is stuck in place and they don't get knocked back, so you can deal continous damage to them, similar to wave there are immune and resistant units and enemies. That's all the tips I can think of to try and help you in your current state (trust me, this is just the beginning of the difficulty curve, you have seen like 0.1% of what the game has to offer and boi let me tell you, it gets HARD)

During normal cat tickets, its best to get duplicates of the normal cats so that they can unlock their true forms and become stronger. Most of their true forms can double their hp/attack and sometimes some have hidden abilities too (also best to get alien treasures)
