That a good engine dont give up, just open and pour hot water in the engine and drain it. lol. You just gotta keep pedal it down the hill for a while . best thing take the Muffler out it give the engine air to breath

Water in the engine maybe? It could very well be a bad CGI (bad connections in the HV cable etc or just burnt out CDI), bad killswitch (unplug it) etc etc.

Just to let you know you put the woodruff key upside down. It’s probably the magnet slipped. Plus you keep calling the magnet a magneto. Check magnet again and put woodruff key in right and try again. Great video. Keep up awesome content.

Make sure when you put the magnet on it does not spin freely. It was spinning really freely when you were tightening it.

Maybe check for compression. Maybe the rings are so worn it won't make enough compression to run. Take it apart and check everything. then try it again. You will succeed. Love this channel

Just cause the piston looks hood from the top don't mean it's good I suggest u replace the piston and rings and I bet it runs

Even know the piston looks good, check to see if the ring is stuck? Also what does the cylinder look like? Is there scoring? Even with a filthy carb it should pop off when you put fuel in spark plug hole. If ring is stuck or cylinder is scored it wont. Love the channel, hope you get it running

It may have compression but not enough compression to run. For the heck of it take the spark plug out and heat it up good and hot then reinstall it and it might start. Ive done this on tired engines with low compression and have had some success.

i love your genuine character on youtube. a cracked piston would definitly keep that engine from running. its called leak down. it feels like its making compression but by the time the piston gets to tdc it has already leaked out all of the compression. i really hope its a crack on the top of the piston and not the skirt cause then you might suffer from cylinder damage. love your video keep it up

id be checking for compression you can do this by simply taking the spark plug out and puting your finger over the hole and rolling the bike down a hill if your able to get the bike fast enough youll be able to tell if its getting petrol as there will be petrol on your finger. If its got compression i would then be checking for spark by swapping spark plugs with the running one if that does work try putting the whole sparking system from the working one on, if that works replace working parts with the old ones as soon as the bike does fire any more you will know whats not working my bet is it will be magneto or spark plug but could also be the magnet.
